Many thanks to the committee for my judging appointment and my two steward Pam and Kirsty who kept my ring moving. It had been a long wait for the exhibitors as we were in the ring after all the toy breeds so many thanks to you all for stopping . Also thank you for your patience as I really wasn’t feeling very well and I really hope I didn’t pass my germs onto anyone else 

Labrador Retrievers

Puppy(3,1)

1 Harvey-Major State Park in Linjor 9 months old yellow male who already has a stunning outline with a great head broad in the skull with a defined stop a black nose and a dark matching eye teeth correct although wasn’t keen for me to look owner showed them off to perfection his ears well- proportioned and held in a correct position his neck was well muscled short and set into well placed shoulders well boned front legs, which were not to long he had a good depth to chest and well sprung barrel ribs level topline and short coupled a very typical otter tail which never stopped wagging carried level with his back his coat was short and dense his movement was straight and true BOB BP

2 Edwards Centenalee Lola at Bearstone7 month old black female a lot smaller than my first place a bit of a fidget, which the owner tried to contain by giving non-stop titbits, overall a lovely put together girl who needs time to mature she had a good head and a perfect bite clean powerful neck set into well placed shoulders I would like more depth of chest to her forelegs well boned and straight feet were well compact with well arched toes she had the distinctive lab tail which she carried gaily around the ring and on the move she enjoyed herself which is important as a puppy

1 Edwards Frewlings Justin rose at Bearstone A black 17 month old male overall a bigger dog than my puppy winner lovely head with a broad skull and well defined stop good sized ears correct bite clean strong neck carrying a little bit of extra weight today, he had a good depth of chest with well sprung barrel ribs well developed hindquarters with well-turned stifle and a good set of tail lovely neat feet movement was good covering the ground well carrying his tail level RBOB
