1 Leavy Wychwood Painted Lady a sixteen month old female who showed her socks off in the ring a lovely girl with a head that is correct in proportion moderately broad and a slight stop lovely dark eyes almond shaped, ears well set correct bite good length to neck well set on leading to well set shoulders a good depth of chest a gradual spring of ribs loin short and square moderate bend of stifle nice neat feet which were round and tight lovely to see her moved on a loose lead missing her coat today but you can see the girl she will be

2 Mackessack – Leitch Badcall Midwinter Dream at Inchstellie a fourteen-month-old female altogether bigger than my first place, head long and nicely shaped a typical female head nice shaped eyes and good colour, ears set on well long neck well set into upright well-placed shoulders deep chest with moderately sprung ribs longer in the loin than my first-place moderate bend of stifle and hock moved well carrying tail slightly high

1 Pierce Wychwood Forester at Tarnmillcrag JW a sixteen month old male who has matured nicely since I last judged him his head is still maturing and looking excellent for one so young with lovely dark eye and well placed ears his neck is long and the coat has grown to show this off a good deep chest with well sprung ribs correct length of loin and good bend of stifle well-muscled moved on a loose lead and therefore the movement was straight and true.

2 Turner Angel undercover Take My Breath Away (IMP FRA) three and a half years old female with an elegant outline a pleasing head all in correct proportion with good reach of neck and good depth of chest feet could have done with a bit of trimming to show them off better, lovely level topline with correct angulation on shoulders and stifle moved well around the ring could have done with a looser lead tail carried at the correct level

1 Mackessack -Leitch Finhamspride Kia at Inchstellie four-year-old female filled my eye as she entered the ring and didn’t disappoint me, correct size, with a typical female head well set ears and strong neck good depth to chest and a well-defined brisket correctly placed shoulders with a strong topline, quality bone, short hocks and tight feet she moved well around the ring slightly high tail carriage would like a looser lead well deserved BOB and made the shortlist for BIS

2 Buckley Blacktoft Brindisi by BuckleyHill three-year-old male who only had girls on his mind today a lovely male who has a handsome correct head with correct eye set a good length to neck a deep chest and good brisket moderately spung ribs and a correct length to loin with a level topline well-muscled throughout good bend of stifle pushed hard for first place and only just missed out
