I would like to thank the members of the committee for inviting me to judge the show. They put on an excellent event—it was both welcoming and friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere for all involved. My ring steward, Ms. Carole Spelman, was exceptionally well-organised and truly the star of the day. It was a long, cold day for all of us, and I deeply appreciate the exhibitors who attended the show with their well-groomed dogs. Everyone gave their best in handling, and all exhibits displayed correct bites, with teeth in excellent condition. I was especially pleased to see some dogs I had judged two years ago return to compete—it was very rewarding to see how well they’ve matured. The show has always been popular among the locals, and this year was no exception. I also noticed some new faces I didn’t recognise; I hope they and their dogs had a great time at the show, and I look forward to seeing them return in the near future.
