1. Kennedy’s Droveborough Black Magic. Two nice youngsters competed here with the win going to this 11 mth old black/white bitch. Super pup who was so good hands on. Feminine all through, she presented a lovely outline with long, slightly arched neck, firm topline, good depth to brisket, short in the couplings, correct croup and tail just right for set and carriage. Most attractive head of correct proportions, moderate breadth to skull, pronounced occiput, well defined stop, dark expressive eyes, ears set on as they should be, characteristic muzzle and scissor bite. Good angles front and rear and standing true in front on excellent feet. Moving freely on the down and back and covers the ground with ease. Reserve BOB, Best Puppy and later topped my Puppy Group. Delighted to hear she ended the day by taking Best Puppy in Show.
2. Parkin’s Fleurfield Henrietta Hayes at Ellapoint. I see this 9 mth old black/white bitch shares the same sire as the winner. This girl is another with so much to like and she was very well handled here. She pleased in overall outline with slightly arched neck of good length to balance, correct topline, ribbing carried well back but brisket still to fully develop, short loin and tail correct for both set and carriage. Feminine headpiece with good skull, well defined stop, super eye and ear, slightly dish-faced as desired, soft lips and correct dentition. I liked her angulation both front and rear and she stands well naturally in front on correct feet. Moving well all through but winner just had the edge.

Attractive headpiece with feminine expression; excellent skull, well defined stop, very good eye and ear, correct muzzle for the breed, soft lips and scissor bite. Well laid shoulders, straight forelegs, standing on good feet and muscular hindquarters with well-turned stifles. The best overall mover in the class and carries herself with style.

Balanced girl with long, slightly arched neck, firm in topline, good depth to brisket, ribbing carried well back, nice and short in the couplings and tail of correct set and carriage. Feminine head and expression with moderate breadth to skull, correct stop, excellent eye and ear, characteristic muzzle and scissor bite. Pleasing angulation front and rear and she stands well in front on very good feet. When gaiting, she covers the ground when viewed in profile with smooth, easy action but wasn’t quite as good as 1 on the down and back.
