My thanks to the committee for the invitation to judge at this lovely, friendly show, there was a great atmosphere, thank you to my super stewards.

Junior (3,0)

1. Meakin’s Angelrain Everlasting Love

Just 7 months and she has so much to like about her, so well balanced in all respects and just right for her age. Beautiful feminine head with a benevolent expression, muscular medium neck into good shoulders and a well-defined chest for her age. Very correct in body, with a firm topline and strong broad loin, correct in proportions, well angled rear, moved soundly with good footfall and correct tail carriage, in typical puppy coat, BP, RBOB pleased to see her win WPG1.

2. Peacocke’s Husheen Lower Sabie

17 months old who is well proportioned and well-marked with a strong but feminine head and dark eyes, strong muzzle, correct in neck, well boned and bodied with a good length of rib and short broad loin. She had adequate angulation front and rear but lacked the drive of 1 and was rather narrow coming toward.

3. Game’s Angelrain Exstasy of Life

Post Graduate (4,1)

1. Tomkins’s Fortonpark More Class for Bernershaw

A masculine and richly, well-marked dog, maturing well, he’s very balanced with a well proportioned head with a defined stop, dark eyes and a kind expression. Correct body proportions and lovely bone with good chest. Very balanced in angulation and held a level topline with good ribbing and loin. Good tail set and carriage. Strong rear and hocks, moves well in profile, with good reach and hind follow through BOB, WG3

2. Meakins’ Aangelrain Dark Prince

Another nice male, totally masculine with a good head with correct stop and a warm expression. Strong in bone with a good front and rear bend of stifle, correct in body proportions, well rounded rump, well coated and nicely marked. Moved soundly, just preferred the overall balance of 1.

3. Peacocke’s Husheen Lower Sabie

Open (3,0)

1. Peacocke & Plant’s Bobb Vom Durrbachler Wald

A larger and very thick set dog with strong bone and an attractive head and expression, good balance and strength of skull and muzzle with correct stop, muscular neck, very well coated and moves very soundly, with an easy ground covering stride which won him the class, not the overall balance of the main winners, he could use a little more length of leg to balance body length, lovely temperament.

2. Meakin’s Bernesego Saburban (imp RUS0

This boy is very fit and strong, head of correct proportions with well defined stop, darker markings, enough bone for his frame, correct front angulation and chest, complementary rear angles, moved soundly. Won over his kennel mate as her movement was exuberant and she was wearing her summer clothes, on a different day she could have won this class.

3. Meakin’s Bellatrix Do Monte Dos Ursos (IMP PRT)
