Many thanks for the invite to judge at your well-run gundog show. I was thrilled by the quality of dogs put through for best in show and best puppy in show. What a thrill to judge quality dogs, Exhibitors were very sporting, and I thank you for bringing your dogs for me to judge. I loved my day.

Best Puppy In Show

1st Moss & Nelson, Nasailleen Flicda Bird, From the moment she glided into the ring she caught my eye, what a lovely quality puppy, correct skull shape, round dark eye. Muzzle of good depth and low set ears, excellent reach of neck sitting cleanly into well laid shoulders. Good spring of ribs and quarters well developed, on the move she was super, moved very true, holding her gentle sloping topline, showing reach and drive. She was the one to beat today. I will watch her mature with great interest.

2nd Dyer & Oddie, Rivertone Wicked For Sharnphilly , another quality puppy, noble and graceful, loved her head and expression, she has a beautiful outline and is so feminine but with substance, shown in excellent musculature and moved at one with her handler, on such an easy stride.

3rd Byrne, Purple People Eater, such a lovely boy, full of quality and substance, loved his head, and shown in the best of condition with a lovely jacket coming though and good furnishings.

4th Grime, Pry Acta Non Verba At Ansona (Imp SVK), she stole my heart and she pulled out the stops on the last go round, so very correct.

Best In Show

1st Bradley , Sh Ch Stangate Stage Debut (AI) ShCEx, What a beautiful example of the breed, full of quality and type. Super outline, compact, feminine and full of substance. Loved her head and her expression, long muzzle with gentle stop, sufficient length of neck and great spring of rib, double coat of lovely dense curl and so well presented. Loved her on the move, correct rolling action with great reach and drive. Delighted to award her BIS.

1st Brown & Filby, Desjiem Rebel Rebel (AI), Quality bitch full of type, pretty head and kind expression. Moderate angulations fore and aft. She is totally unexaggerated and has so much potential. Moved steady and true.BP

2nd Gray, Hafwenna How You Doin, another quality puppy, well-constructed and well laid shoulders and good width to 2nd thigh. Just not as steady on the move. Should mature on well.

Junior

1st Brown & Burns MaGregor Four Letter Word for Pothouse, this young male has come on so well since I last judged him. He has substance without exaggeration, super head, kind soft expression and strong muzzle. Moderate length of neck. Deep through ribs not too long in back and broad rear quarters. He was shown in super muscular condition and this showed in his very powerful movement. Correct footfall and drive from behind. BOB & BIS 4

2nd Brown & Burns, Magregor Super Nude around Pothouse, Litter brother, full of type and quality, lots of similar attributes. He was not as together on the move yet but has plenty of time.

1st Brown & Filby, Sh Ch Winterwell Thatlldo For Desjiem JW, Super bitch, she is moderate and has a stunning noble head, shoulders well laid and deep through chest. Rear quarters are strong and have good width. Moved very true with ease. Very worthy Champion.

Puppy

1st Hartley, Hartenziel Valais, very raw and needing to put on condition, Head masculine with soft expression, he was a little worried by all the noise. Needs time and a little more training.

Junior

1st Donavon, Amscot Angel On Fire, liked this young male, good outline , balanced angulations front and rear , lovely head with soft expression. Good muscle tone and moved well holding a level topline.

Limit

1st Parker, Smith & Tuer , Lignum Money Talks At Bratticus , Masuline head, with dark eye and soft expression. Correct ear set , Muscular neck of decent length. Liked his overall outline, long from hip to hock, he had good width to 2nd thigh. Shown in lovely silky coat and moved well with good reach and drive

2nd Speed, Ronaldsbill magic Stars Of Niannseter , Pretty girl, kind expression from dark eyes , well set ears. little higher on shoulder. She was balanced in angles and stands on tight feet. Shown in silky coat and moved steady.

1st Grime , Pry Acta Non Verba At Ansona (Imp SVK), what poppet, I loved her, such a pretty head and super expression, nothing overdone in construction. Balanced in outline. On the move she was correct and so steady. Nice coat coming through, she must have a promising future BP and BIS Puppy 4

Junior

1st Townsend, Fidelix Obsession, Typical boy at this age, still a bit leggy and needs to drop into chest, good head with furnishings, coat of correct length and type. Needs time to come together but moved steady

1st Mc Cullough Fidelix Special Edition At Kimmax, Super example of the breed, robust and strong good head, masculine with kind expression, showing plenty of furnishings. straight front and good bone. Deep chest and well ribbed back. Moderate and balanced in angulations, correct harsh jacket. Moved well, covered the ground well showing driving action. Best Import.

1st Jorby Eternal Flame At Glansevern, Lovely Golden Retriever puppy, loved his head , masculine but such a soft expression, well laid shoulders and ribbed well back with decent spring of rib. Stifles well let down and good width to 2nd thigh. Moved well for a puppy and shown in plenty of coat.

2nd Flyenpygs In Blankets Over Rotknight, Quality baby Labrador , I liked the size and balance of this puppy, good head with kind eye. Stood on good bone and tidy feet. Moved stardy and true.

1st Bramstead Lovely Jubbly , Quality junior bitch, loved her head, balanced and such a pretty expression from dark eye. Straight front, well laid shoulders, level topline held on the move. Stands on tidy feet. On the move she was lovely to watch so sound and moved with excellent reach and drive.

Nicely coated for age

2nd Schonhund Show At The Oscars , strong male Weimaraner, up to size but well-constructed and balanced. Deep through chest and well ribbed back, balanced angles fore and aft . Moved steady and true.

1st Sh Ch Highforce All Or Nothing JW ShCEx OSW, smart male full of quality, Attractive head with kindly expression, he is a picture of strength and not exaggerated, balanced moderate angulations. Shown in the best of musculature condition and showed this in his movement, good reach and drive from behind.

2nd Elgert Dancing Queen At Ewtor, very smarty Field Spaniel, liked her a lot, head typy and soft expression good body length to height ratio and stands on well boned legs , not dripping in coat but didn’t distract from her quality , moved well , with easy stride,

1st Ir Sh Ch , Kimmax Who Kares Wins JW, very smart bitch, def not showing her age , lovely outline with moderate angles, so very balanced , typy head with furnishings. Moved with purpose. True and straight.

2nd Sh Ch Riondel Candyman JW , loved the cocker, compact body , good rear quarters. Loved his head, great expression, good stop , nice length of neck, moved with typical bustling action using his tail well .
