1st – Bennett’s – ZANDVOORT MR SUNSHINE – 6 mth D. Loved this baby. He has a good head shape, lovely dark, almond shaped eyes with required pencilling, and well placed, small ears. Okay for neck, good front, chest good for age. Short back, good ribs and tail. Correct angulation to rear. Lovely tight, round feet. Once settled, moved well. BP & RBOB.

1st – Brunt’s – ZANDVOORT MOONLIGHT – 13 mth B. feminine but no weakness in her head which is well balanced with a good stop. Preferred her eye shape to 2. Nice arch to her neck, good lay of shoulders, well boned, well sprung ribs, good tail and correct rear angulation. Moves true but still needs to settle.

2nd – Evans’ – AMIKIRS PRIX AT CANTERWEY – 20 mth D who is masculine without coarseness. Typical head of correct proportions, good ears, dark eyes are a little too round. He was carrying too much weight making it difficult to assess his construction, but he has a deep chest, good topline and tail with a lovely double curl. Moves soundly from all angles.

1ST – Brunt’s – GOLDGIN CHANEL (Imp Rus) – 4 yr old B who presents a balanced outline, good for bone and in good coat. Skull and muzzle of equal length with good stop between, Good eye shape and colour. Good depth of brisket, well sprung ribs, high set tail. Nice angulation to rear. Moves well once settled. BOB

2nd – Hickson’s – CH KICHIGAI’S ONLY THE LONELY VW – 10 yr old D in excellent coat and condition. Lovely head shape with well set, small ears and lovely dark eyes. Good neck covered by a large ruff, good shoulders, chest and bone. Well ribbed up and short loin, high set tail. Just preferred the balanced stride of 1.
