O (3 1) 1 Ch Wyeafon Private Illusion. Blue and Tan bitch. Pleasing head, albeit ears are a little big. Good neck. Well angulated front. Good rib and loin. Moves well. Tails carries well. Up on leg. BOB. 2 Bareve Absolutely Fabulous. Red bitch. Much shorter in leg than winner. Well bodied. Nice head. Tail not carried as well as winner. RBOB.

AVNSC Hound

J (3 0) 1. Laakso Katja. 15 month Norwegian Elkhound. Pleasing feminine head. Beautiful dark eye. Muzzle and back skull balanced. Short neck. Super constructed front. Good ribs, short loin. Tight feet, good tail carriage. BOB. 2 Olphae Governer. 16month old Otterhound. Balanced skull. Well angulated front. Balanced rib and loin. Good stifle. 3 Claela Laughter Is Timeless with Soufriere (GBGV).

PG (2 1) 1 Delsaux Happy Ever After. Longhaired Dachshund. Beautiful head and muzzle, pleasing expression. Good neck. Super depth of keel. Good rib length and loin. Carries topline well. Moves with drive.

O (5 2) 1 Kindeace Texas Tornado at Damai. Longhaired Dachshund. Super male head, muzzle good. Beautiful expression. Super depth of keel. Good straight front legs. Well laid shoulders. Ribs are sprung and long, short loin. Well angulated rear. Level topline on the move. Just needs bit more spirit on the move. RBOB. 2 Soufriere Paserelle Bateau. 4yr old GBGV. Male strong head, Ribs are long, loin is short. Well angulated. Good tail, moves well. 3 Soufriere One Vision JW (GBGV).

AV Hound Veteran

V (20 6) 1. Ch Boloria’s Trick or Treat JW VW. 7yr old Wirehaired Standard Dachshund. Classical Dachshund head. Beautiful expression. Amazing depth of keel and front is well put together. Rib is long and goes back into short loin. Good back end, which uses with ease to power round the ring with not a care in the world. Level topline. Easy winner for me. Delighted to see later take RBVIS. 2. Ch Nelgus Thyme Bomb. Basset Hound Dog. Beautiful head and eye. Not excessive in anyway. Super neck, great front. Rib is well sprung and carried well back, short loin. Good clearance underneath. This boy can’t half power round the ring as well. 3. Penbriar Rocket Star of Rockatom (Whippet).

AV Import Register Hound

O (1 0) 1 Stonemartin Bron. 3yr old Azwakh. Beautiful elegance, feminine head. Fine bone. Moves well.

Basenji

J (2 1) 1. Convica Lead The Way. Good muzzle, lovely expression, ears. Moderate neck, good front, rib and loin. Moves well. Tail carried well. BOB.

PG (1 0) 1 Convica Fast and Furious. 9month old. Very active. Pleasing head. Good length of neck. Good front. Bit wild on the move, but when settles goes ok. RBOB.

Basset Hound

J (2 1) 1. Lauralee Dreams of Magic at Stookewood. 7month old. Feminine head. No exaggeration. Good ears, length of neck. Super front. Good bone and feet. Long ribs, short loin. Tail carries well, and moves so well. RBOB. BPIB. Later PG3 congratulations.

PG (2 1) 1 Houndsbay Vito Andolini. Tricolour dog. Masculine head. Few rolls over the eyes. Good neck, well made front. Move well and tail carries well.

O (3 1) 1 Nelgus Thyme Flies. Masculine head, good ears. Not excessive in any way. Well made front. Tight feet. Good rib and loin. Good back end. Moves well, tail carries well. BOB. 2 Switherland Gabriella at Stookewood. 4yr old. Feminine head, not excessive in any way. Good neck, super front. Excellent rib and loin. Just not as well carried as winner.

Greyhound

PG (1 0) 1 Boughton Back in Style. 2yr Brindle bitch. Super head and eye. Well placed ears. Long neck, deep ribs. Tuck up in loin. Well angulated. Moves well. BOB.

O (2 1) 1 Boughton Back for Good. 2yr old Brindle Bitch. Broader in back skull than PG winner. Good expression and muzzle. Deep rib and good tuck up. Moves well. RBOB.

Saluki

J (4 1) 1. Xerxes Omar Ter Dolen (IMP BEL). Length in head and muzzle. Moderate neck. Good front and bone. Depth of chest. Moves with ease. RBOB. 2 Artilily Bronte . 16month bitch. Feminine throughout. Good front and rib depth. Moves well. 3 Yamadan Kn Alijaz Haalim (IMP USA).

PG (1 0) 1 Barleymoond Zala. 2yr old bitch. Feminine head. Good front. Moves with ease.

O (4 0) 1 Ch Shahzad Zaki Ter Dolen (IMP BEL). Beautiful Expression, good length of muzzle and head. Good ears. Good front and feet. Lovely bone. Depth of rib, high tuck up. Moves so effortless. BOB. 2 Tigsisle Totally Unique. Feminine head. Depth of rib. Feet are a little flat. Moves with ease. 3 Artilily Bronte.

Hound Group

1. Ch Boloria Oh Darling JW. 21 month old Wirehaired Standard Dachshund Bitch. She has the most gorgeous of heads and expressions. Super depth of keel. Excellent front, tight elbows. Deep chest, long rib carried well back, short loin. Excellent rear end. Well set tail. Powers round the ring level and with super drive.

2. Bowdonia Elphaba. 14month old Whippet bitch. Beautiful expressive head. Most gorgeous eye. Lovely neck, well made front. Good deep chest. Good tuck up. Rises over loin. Lovely back end. Well angulated. Super drive and pace.

3. Haggatty Callisto JW (Beagle).

Hound Puppy Group

1. Sweetihoundz Ae Fond Kiss. 7month Wirehaired Dachshund Standard. Young bitch of epic quality. Super head and neck. Beautiful front, deep keel. Ribs going well back. Short loin. Excellent power in back end. Level topline, drives round the ring.

2. Alkira Beau Showtime. 7month old Tan and White beagle. Beautiful head and eye. Good front and nice feet. Super rib and loin. Level back. Well angulated. Powers round the ring with such freedom.

Parson Russell Terrier

J (2 0) 1. Vixenview Top Tier at Wayward. Tan and White bitch. Lovely front, good back end. Good tail. Moves well. Spannable. 2. Fetedesmeres Pennsylvania. 13month old. Lovely head. Spannable ribs. Good length of body. Good coat. Good movers, just needs to settle on the move. I really like this young parson, just wished the pazzaz was there today.

PG (2 1) 1. Wayward Rumble. 10month old Tri Dog. Lovely masculine head. Good neck. Good front, spannable ribs. Moves well when settles. BOB. BPIB. Later PG3 congratulations.

O (4 2) 1 Draytogo Vienna. Tan and White bitch. Lovely head, good front. Spannable ribs. Good depth and loin. Workmanlike. Moves well. Close for BOB, but today was RBOB. 2 Wayward Timeless JW. Male with masculine head. Good front. Bit tight for spanning of ribs. Good coat, good proportions. Tail not carried up all the time. To settle on the move.

Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier

J (1 0) 1 Dohoci Cariad. Young bitch, who just needs to settle more on the move. Lovely head, good rib and loin. Good coat and colour. Short hocks.

O (3 0) 1 Keevasdream Ballerina Blue JW. Lovely head and expression. Good front. Super rib. True away and back. Good stifle, moves well. BOB. 2. Janeyjimjams Jem Devlin. Good head, ears and length of neck. Good front, good coat. Moves well and not as well angulated in back end as winner.

AV Open Stakes

O (49 0) 1. Ch Boloria Goodnight Mr Tom JW. Wirehaired Standard Dachshund. True dachshund style. Super masculine head, excellent expression and muzzle. Super depth of keel, beautiful bone. Good length of rib and short loin. Super back end. Drives like a trouper, with a level topline. 2. Mellowdee Diamond Lil JW. Old English Sheepdog. Excellent mover, super strength in head. Great pigment. Good strong neck. Well bodied under that super coat. Good rear end, can power round the ring. 3. Holbam Midsmmer Knight at Ruffmar (AI) JW ShCEx OSW (Irish Terrier).
