Many thanks to the committee for the invite and their hospitality, big thanks to my steward for her efficient help and to all the exhibitors for giving me the opportunity to judge their dogs, it was such a warm day and some dogs did struggle in the heat

 Rottweiler Junior (2, 0)

1ST Baillie & Topping; Rottsworth My Girl Von Stairvale , my 1st dog to judge of the day and WOW, such a feminine bitch oozing breed type, good bone and substance for her age ,beautiful head and expression ,well laid back shoulder, good topline held well on the move, correct tailset and carriage, moved soundly and handled to perfection , loved her and would have happily taken her home

2ND Headspeath; Jantavia She Drives Me Crazy, another nice quality youngster, pretty head and expression, good dark eye, good length of neck, good angulation front and rear, pleasing overall outline, moved true and well handled

Rottweiler Post Graduate (2,1)

1ST Baillie & Topping; Rottsworth Lorenzo Von Stairvale , stood alone but a worthy winner, really liked him as soon as I saw him, excellent typey dog, gives a very pleasing picture, lovely head and expression, strong arched neck, level topline, good shoulder and strong muscled rear, correct tails set and carriage, good feet, presented in good hard condition and handled to perfection

1ST Carmichael & Jarvie; CH Kayshillblue Zeus of Lorayla JW BOB GROUP 2

Have admired this boy ringside and he didn’t disappoint , good bone and substance giving a pleasing overall picture, nice head, good dark eye, well laid back shoulder, strong well muscled hindquarters, correct topline, moved soundly with good reach and drive, presented in excellent condition and well handled

2ND Bunton; Seittor look of Love, well constructed male, good head proportions, well set ears, good neck and shoulders, good depth of chest, level topline, correct tailset and carriage, moved true, handled to advantage

3RD Sobota; Vitalparas American Dream at Bendrago

Dobermann Post Graduate (3,0)

1ST Blackburn; Knecht Mirelle JW. Brown bitch, overall picture of elegance, stunning head and expression which just captivated me, pleasing length of neck, good front assembly, well angulated rear, strong well held topline, correct feet, handled perfectly, super mover in the class but didn’t move as well in the challenge possibly due to a handler change or she may well have pipped her kennel mate for BOB

2ND Downie; Knecht Mirko, Litter mate to class winner and carries the same attributes, well balanced and moved soundly, very nice head and expression, well set ears, good length of neck, presented in excellent condition and well handled

3RD Wymer; Korifey Matisse

 Dobermann Open (3, 0)

1ST Blackburn; Knecht Little Richard JW SHCEX OSW BOB GROUP 1, a well balanced male, oozing quality, very nice head with dark eye, well developed chest good lay of shoulder, strong topline held well on the move, well sprung ribs, good tails set and carriage, correct feet, excellent mover and handled well to advantage, presented in great condition. Delighted to see him going best in show

2ND Downie; Knecht Mileena very nice elegant bitch, good head and eye, correct length of neck leading onto good shoulders, well sprung ribs, strong topline, well muscled rear,correct tail and moved soundly

3RD Young; Krieger’s Hunky Dory at Malibray JW SHCEX OSW

Great Dane Post Graduate (2,0)

1ST Liddell; Smooriken Gonnae Nodae That. just 6 months old, elegant outline, very good head , dark eye, correct ear set, good length of neck , well sloped shoulders, correct depth of chest for age, good rear and correct tailset and carriage. Moved well

2ND Allison; Smooriken Far Boots, litter sister to 1st and both these girls stole my heart , similar attributes as above, and nothing not to like at this age, I was splitting hairs to decide between them but 1 was just a tiny bit more settled on the move but im sure they will change places and both have a great future ahead

Great Dane Open (5,0)

1ST Young; Roucandane Summer Breeze, so elegant and standard fitting with such a lovely head, nice well arched neck , good front, well sprung rib, pleasing rear angulation, moved soundly with good reach and drive BOB and pushed really hard in a quality group

2ND Grant; Lomandane Ca Canny at Eildane , lovely overall shape and balance, very nice head, with pleasing muzzle length, well developed chest, good topline held well, sound in rear , moved well, handled to perfection

3RD Martin; Keishant Zeus

1ST Durrant; Prideofelsa Double Whisky such an elegant girl, lovely head, good lay of shoulder, good depth of chest, strong topline held well on the move, good rear angulation, correct tail wet and carriage, moved soundly with good reach and drive, and in good coat and condition

2ND Slicer; Prideofelas Holly, feminine head with good eye, well muscled neck, strong topline, well angulated front and rear and moved well, correct coat

3RD Mandelson; Prideofelsa Poinsettia in Honrukai

1ST Ferrigan; Vantiza Ketchup with Zobraki, strong male of good type, really nice well proportioned head with good dark eye, strong front with good lay of shoulder, correct depth of chest, well angulated and well muscled rear, presented well, in good coat and condition and moved soundly covering the ground well BOB

2ND Durrant; Prideofelsa Double Whisky, elegant outline, well balanced throughout, feminine head, deep chest, strong topline, good well muscled rear, moved soundly with good reach and drive

1ST Lafferty; Jimbren Legacy Lives On Through Tauralord , pleasing overall balance for his age, good head and expression, correct ear, strong neck, good shoulders, strong well angulated rear, moved soundly , presented in great condition

2ND Thomson; Marbelton Very Daring with Bugarivo , very pretty young girl, pleasing shape , nice head , dark eye, nice length of neck, correct tail set and carriage, moved well when settled

1ST Lafferty; Geenawell Lorenzo SHCEX, substantial male, well proportioned head with good ears and dark eye, pleasing length of neck , strong topline held well, good front , good tailset and carriage, good rear angulation, moved soundly, presented in excellent condition BOB

2ND Thomson; Marbelton I Dare You with Bugarivo. Litter mate to 2nd in previous class, raw youngster with lots to like, good bone and substance, nice head, correct length of neck, pleasing front, sound rear just a tad unsettled on the move today

1ST Taylor; Karmicly Bahama Mamma at Karismar, strong and substantial but feminie bitch, really nice breed type, clean head, good eye, muscular neck, strong firm topline held well, pleasing angulation front and rear, moved soundly and handled to advantage

2ND Murphy; Nanahboozoo No April Fool, femine bitch , very nice head, good eye, good front assembly, and sound in rear, strong topline, well proportioned and balanced, moved well, handled wel to her advantage

3RD Murphy; Valhalla Hunter Amazin Aster at Nanahboozoo (Imp Hungary)

2ND Jenkins; Ch Chandlimore Gunz for Hire, strong substantial male, nice head and good eye, correct length of muzzle, pleasing neck, well ribbed, good bone and substance, good front assembly, well presented, moved ok

1ST O’Donnell; IR CH Kalaslane Revenge for Nukiebear (IKC) SHCEX, a bitch I have judged before and didn’t disappoint , strong yet feminine head, dark eye and correct earset, excellent front, strong topline, well sprung ribs, stong hindquarters, good turn of stifle, presented in super condition, moves soundly with excellent reach and drive GROUP 4

1ST Anderton – Tyers; Katabatics Hardcore Hevy at Flintsky, really nice overall shapely outline, good head proportions good dark eye, correct ears, good arch of neck, well angulated front and rear, well set tail, pleasing depth of chest , present in excellent condition and moved with good reach and drive, really like this boy and he pushed hard in a strong group

2ND Bogle & Horsefield; Cahppes tailwind takala at valknut, smaller end of the scale but such a lovely typey girl, such a pretty head and expression, good ears, correct length of neck, well balanced front and rear, good feet, correct tailset and carriage, moved soundly and presented and handled well, lots to like

2ND McInness; Furnesfjorden’s First Ragnar for Inneska Siberian husky, have watched him ringside and he doesn’t disappoint, very attractive masculine head with nice expression, nice ear set, strong top line, held well, good lay of shoulder, good rear angulation, correct tail set and carriage, a dog you really appreciate when you get your hands on him, sound on the move
