I would like to thank the Committee for the Invitation to judge at this well-run show.   We had a large ring and thankfully not as hot as it has been of late.   All dogs were presented in a clean condition which was appreciated.

Dogue De Bordeaux   -  Puppy D/B (1,0), 1 Spencer, Miss. K., Miss D. & Miss. S., Braveheart De La Bulle Rouge, (Imp. Hun.): A 10mth old dog. Still has a lot of maturing to do, he is of a pleasing type and out-line. But still loose on the move pleased to award him RBOB and BP.     Post Graduate D/B (1,0), 1 Spencer, Miss. B., Miss D. & Miss. S., Maddjacmorio Belle with Debsikay: An 18mth old bitch, very feminine, well grown, nice out-line. Pleasing type moved nicely, maturing well.   Pleased to award her BOB.

Rottweiler   -   Junior D/B (1,0), 1 Gauron & Viner, Miss. B. & Mr. S., Javladare Heart Goes Boom: This 12mth old dog stood alone in this class.    He is nicely balanced, moved nicely around the ring, with plenty of drive.   He has a balanced head, strong neck, neat angles front and rear with strong hocks. Pleased to award him BOB.   Post Graduate D/B (3,0), 1 Kichenside, Mrs. W.& Mr. I., Deltarott Din Djarin, JW: A 21mth old dog, nicely built, nice type and out-line.   He has a good head and good eye, with a strong neck, good front and rear and he covered the ground well.   Pleased to award him R.BOB. Well done.    2 De Vries, Mrs. S., ABACAB’S Fading Lights: A 3yr. old bitch, very feminine, sweet head and expression. Strong head and neck.   Pleasing type and out-line. Not quite the movement of 1st. Just a little close behind.   3 Smith, Mrs V., Jaegerot Mr. Marvellous: A well grown 21mth old dog.   Plenty of him when stacked. Looks quite impressive.   Just lets himself down on the move.   Lacked front extension and crossed over on the rear, shame.

Siberian Husky   -   Puppy D/B (3,2), 1 Simms, Mrs. R.J & Mr. D.A., Vinx Des Sarmentins, (Imp. Fra.): A 9mth old bitch, stood alone in this class.   Feminine, balanced, neat out-line.   Feminine head, strong neck, good front, firm back, neat tuck-up.   Strong powerful back end and smooth on the move, pleased to award her BP.   Post Graduate D/B (2,1), 1 Simms, Mrs. R.J & Mr. D.A., Arcticskies Black Diva, JW: A 22mth old bitch, who again stood alone in this class, she is very feminine, a really nice type and out-line.   Really nicely balanced and I was quite taken with her.   She is quite something on the move.   Just beaten by the Open winner.     But pleased to award her R.BOB.   Open D/B (1,0), 1 Simms, Mrs. R.J & Mr. D.A., Seaqualina Echo Of Light at Arcticskies, JW: Another alone in this class a 15mth old dog.   Well grown for age, of good type and out-line.   Well-balanced head, strong neck, good chest, nice angles front and rear and nicely balanced throughout.   Nice strong back end and moved smoothly around the ring and was pleased to award him BOB.

Border Collie   -   Post Graduate D/B (1,0), 1 Bartlett, Miss. M., Cwnhapus Jewel in The Crown, JW: A 2yr old b/w bitch, she is of a pleasing type and out-line.   Nice head, neat front and rear.   Moved well about the ring.   Just felt she could have a stronger back. That said, pleased to award her R.BOB.    Open D/B (3,1), 1 Angier & Stacey, Mr. D. & Mrs. K. & Miss S., Bilyara Isn’t She Lovely, AI: A 2yr old b/w bitch.   She took my eye straight away.   Very nicely balanced thought-out.   Pleasing head, good length of neck, neat front, firm back, short loin which I loved.   Strong back end, neat angles not too much, very smooth on the move, very nice. Pleased to award her BOB.   2 Bartlett, Miss M., Cwnhapus Celestial Beauty, JW: A 3.3/4yrs b/w bigger than 1st.   Bit longer in back.   Still feminine and of nice type and out-line.   Well balanced head, neat angles front and rear.    Just let down on movement.

German Shepherd Dog   -   Puppy D/B (1,0), 1 Commins, Mrs. J. & Mr. J., Jezebi Jez: An 11.5mth old long-haired bitch.  She is a feminine bitch who still needs to settle.  Would like to have seen longer front legs.   And a firmer back. Because of her age the back end was very loose, which showed in the movement.   Still pleased to award her BP and BOB.

Hungarian Pumi   -   Puppy D/B (1,0), 1 Wolf, Mrs. J., Arkosligeti Kocos Hajnal: This 9mth old light grey bitch, has a nice square out-line.   Nicely balanced head, correct bite, dark eyes.   Neat ear-set, straight front, angles to rear ok.   Moved well.   Pleased to award her BP.    Post Graduate D/B (3,1), 1 Rizzo Hills, Mr. R., Gravelous Buszke Bocskor: A 3yr old dark grey dog.   Nice square shape.   He is a good type and out-line.   He has a good head with good ear-set, nice neck, correct wither, deep brisket.   Plenty of bone, good back, neat rear end, good angles.   Moved well.   Pleased to award him BOB.   2 Wolf, Ms. J., Csulli’s Dawn Breaker: A 2yr bitch.   Pleasing type and out-line.    Not quite as square as 1st and ear-set could be better.   She has a pleasing coat and moved out ok.   Open D/B (2,1), 1 Kirkwood, Mrs. Y. & Mr. S., Schnaubern Draco Star at Yolstek: A 4yr old light grey dog.   He is a pleasing type and out-line.   Good ear-set, neat head, correct wither.   Deep body, neat front and rear.   Steady on the move.   Could be a bit squarer.   But still liked him.   Pleased to award him R.BOB.

Norwegian Buhund   -   Post Graduate D/B (1,0), 1 Platts Mrs. A.C. & Mr. A.G., Mazads Joie De Vivre: A 2yr old bitch.   This wheaten coloured bitch is a pleasing type and out-line.   Neat angles front and rear.   She has nice side movement, but watch it as she tends to side-wind.   But still not a bad bitch.   Pleased to award her BOB.   Open D/B (2,0), 1 Corin & Camm, Ms. M. & Mr. A., Mazads Nom De Plume: A 2yr old dog shown in wheaten colouring.   Stood well and is of a pleasing type and out-line.   Neat angles.   Litter brother to above.   Similar in type as above.   Pleased to award him, R.BOB.   2 Guillod, Rees & Guillod-Rees, Mr. N., Dr. J., & Ms. B., Draccus Obsidian at Bucamereru: A 4yr old black bitch.   This young lady is learning her trade.   She handled the bitch very well.   Nothing drastically wrong with her just not as compact as the rest and watch the tail set.
