Judging critiques

Firstly, it was a pleasure and a honour to be asked again to judge at this special show. A well orgainsed and run show with setup different to previous years and nice big rings and perfect weather. Having two excellent stewards really helps things run smoothly as well as making judging and showing fun exactly what it’s meant to be.

Class junior 660

1st and BOB 1305 ADREANA FOREVER GOLDEN 16month old bitch in lovely condition with great ring presence and flare, movement effortless and covered ground well even with the warm weather, correct bite with strong muzzle, oval shape eyes, flat forehead, ears set high, good angles, a young bitch with a bright future I’m sure many more wins, well handled knew how to get the most out of her

2nd RBOB&BP 1307 PHILOMA THE PROFESSIONAL a 10month old male puppy narrowly missed out on first due to maturity moved soundly still little loose on move but fine for age developing nicely I’m sure future champion, correct bite with lips tight true to breed, oval eyes, flat forehead with medium stop, lovely correct tail set, well handled

1st 1304 ADREANA LA PASION 16month old bitch developing well new to showing which showed but 100% should carry on few ringcraft classes would help both dog and owner, sister to BOB and of equally good quality, moved soundly clear oval eyes, strong muzzle, ear well set high, tight paws, good angles, in good condition

1st BOB & BP 1349 QUENZO SLNKO ZEMPLINA AT NOBLEHEART (IMP SVK) 8month fawn boy great body depth and width, nice conformation angles and topline for age, clear clean dark eyes, strong muzzle with correct bite, still a little small skull but still very young, long reach on neck set on broad strong shoulders, correct tail set and length, tight feet, moved soundly and effortlessly even with the hot weather for such a large breed, well handled great partnership

2nd 1351 SAVAROW ATHENA VERY 7month a very young bitch very true to type and expression but still with immature characteristics and charm, strong muzzle with correct bite broad skull, deep broad body maintaining topline on move, moved well and soundly, just would like a little more rear angulation, well handled

Class 682 ost graduate

1st RBOB 1350 LADY LION LUNA 3year old bitch looked a little out of shape\condition probably due not long having a litter, compact broad skull, clear clean dark eyes, muscular shoulders, tail set correct same for length

2nd 1348 NOBLEHEART ICENIS FLEUR 16month old bitch a lovely young girl just a little nervous, managed to go over but still not comfortable after a little time of belly rubs and reassurance she settled more, with a little more confidence would have rivalled first, a well put together dog, correct bite, broad skull, eyes clear and dark set well between eyes, tight feet, powerful neck set on strong sloping shoulders, strong hindquarters, tail correct length, moved well but still little nervous, well handled
