Thank you to the committee for the invite to judge at this well run friendly show.

A lovely selection of dogs in the breed and Best in show line up and I was delighted with my winners.

A lovely line up awaited from the 5 scheduled breeds all excellent examples of their breed who have a bright future ahead. Taking top spot was

Glasgow Basnikova Muza Od plzenskeho Lotra at Gallus (Bearded Collie)

A lovely girl who moved out exquisitely with a effortless gait, she presented a beautiful picture in her glamourise brown coat. Well balance feminine head with expressive eyes. She is balanced shape with good reach of neck flowing into good shoulders, good depth of chest and desired length of back. She owned the ring at the end of a long day.

Ryan Gallus Midas Touch into Razkal (Bearded Collie)

This minor puppy is totally captivating he commands the ring for one so young. Appeals for his balanced outline and beautiful bone and feet. He has a strong square flat skull with good underjaw. Good neck and well let down in chest and excellent rear quarters he is developing along the correct lines and moved perfectly in all angles, handled to perfection.

Forbes Degallo The Prodigy (Shetland Sheepdog)

An attractive golden 11 month old sable puppy, masculine who has matured into an excellent breed type. Lovely head, flat skull nice dark eye. Well set ears giving the desired expression.

He has a good reach of neck with well laid shoulder. Level topline, good turn of stifle. , Handled well by handler covering the ground with ease.

Main Shenachie Lyric of Light (Shetland Sheepdog)

This was an elegant mature lady putting in a sterling performance. Such an excellent example of her breed. At 10 years old she is graceful and light on her feet. She covered the ground with ease. She is balanced and sound. She has a super sweet and gentle expression. She has lovely small erect ears that complete her super head proportions. All rounded off with her glamourise sable and white coat.

A lovely young male boy, 8 months, well put together, good bone and feet. Masculine head and alert expression. Moving freely, expertly handled to take best puppy today.

2nd Kempton, Borderbrook Final Destiny,

 litter sister to BP she was just a little more reserved but a lovely type. Very feminine and petite, nice head and eye, nice set ears, move well just not as positive as dog.

1st Leslie, Tonkory Spring In Your Step Among Windwalker,

I liked this girl a lot she was just not settled due to the noise in the hall.

She had a lovely feminine head, with dark expressive eyes giving an alert intelligent expression. Well set ears. She is a lovely shape with well-placed shoulders and good angulation. Lovely free movement covering the ground with ease.

2nd Rettie, Glenfound Future Hope,

 This was a happy boy, he is at an awkward age for a male but a lot to like about him. He presents a lovely outline with strong neck, good length of back and good angulation into nice strong hocks move well.

Young minor puppy unsure of her surroundings, but moved positively just needs time to mature and settle.

A well up to size, mature looking boy but only 15 Months old.

Appeals for size and balanced shape. Fairly broad skull and tapering muzzle. Good ear carriage good strong legs. Good reach of neck and front assembly, moved out well. Best Dog

2nd Holmes, Meisterwerk Artful Dodger,

Masculine male with nice overall shape. Head is balanced and good ear set. Moved well.

1st Heggie, Locheil, A Good Heart IR JUN CH, CJW23

Nice balanced boy with an appealing expression, good head. Well laid shoulder, giving a balanced outline and in good muscule and condition he moved well but another that wasn’t truly comfortable with the noise from outside the ring.

Very feminine, well-balanced good head with very typical expression. Well set ears Neck is medium length with enough arch. Good shoulders, nice bone. Firm topline. In good condition and was very muscular. Very sound, free mover. Giving all to her handler.

1st Leslie, Windwalker Show Biz Bug

Two quality bitches in this class I liked this young lady for the most appealing head and expressions. She has very good front angulation which is complimented by a well angulated rear and correct croup. She moved soundly and efficiently.

2nd,Walker, Ravenskirk Pretty In Pink this lady was full of beans and could not access her movement she almost pulled her handler off her feet. Another nice bitch with expression good neck, provides a balanced shape with a good topline and correct croup.

This girl had a dark head but had the sweetest and alert expression, she captivated me with her alert expression. Well angled front and rear and strong arched neck of good length.

Good bone. Moved out well coming and going and with lovely side gait. Never put a foot wrong standing or moving and was pleased to award her BOB and res Best In Show.

2nd Walker, Miraje Just Because at Ravenskirk well proportioned and graceful bitch Graceful free movement and good level topline. Straight front and good depth of chest and nice muscular loin.

3rd Rettie, Sashdan Diamond Deeva in Glenfound (imp Aust)

Well-constructed male he is masculine all through and looks like he could do a day’s work. Nice head of good proportions and well placed kind eye, ears were active, good length of neck, balanced angulation front and rear. Moved out well. Best Veteran and Res Best Veteran In Show.
