1st Ellis NORMBAR FANCY NANCY – 9 month old bitch, lovely overall shape & balance, pretty head with good skull & ear tabs, lovely eye & expression. Good neck, nice front angulation, good rear with enough width of stifle, nice ribbing & loin, good pelt, moved well. Best Puppy

2nd Atkinsons RAEDWULF BABOOSHKA – 10 month old bitch, another bitch of good quality, pretty head with well-shaped eye, good ear tabs, correct shaped muzzle, strong neck, nice front & rear, in good pelt, would just like a touch more drive on the rear.

1st Cummins KEWHAIGH INNOCENT MAN JW – 18 month old male, nice size & bone, good overall shape, masculine head with good skull & ear set, nice eyes & expression, correct width on front, good ribbing & loin, nice rear, topline could be a touch stronger, moved well. BOB

1st Singhs GOLDENMILL ILLUSION AT VANDAMERE – 4 yr old feminine bitch with lovely balance, good head proportions, good eye & expression, nice front, good ribbing, correct length of loin, topline could be a touch stronger, moved well.

2nd Strothers BEACONPIKE ADONIS – 3 yr old male, nice overall balance & size, lovely head piece with good ear tabs, nice angles front & rear, just lost of to 1st on tail set, pleasing on the move,

1st Taylors IR CH NOTTORG NEKESA CW24 – 3 year old bitch, nice overall size & balance, topline could be firmer, lovely head proportions with good eye & expression, nice width of front, good ribbing & loin, nice rear with correct width of stifle, moved well.

2nd Johnsons HIGHTARN NIGHTFALL AT ROSEGHYLL – 3 yr old male, nice overall size & balance, masculine head with good eye & expression good ribbing to loin, nice angles front & rear, just lost out to 1 on the move.

1st McConaghy MELAFELLA MISS BEHAVE AT BAHOOKE – 10 month old white bitch. Lovely young puppy, correct width and depth of skull, with good ear set, lovely eye which was clean, giving a lovely expression, good strong neck, going into well laid shoulders, ample width of front, good ribbing, with short loin, holding good topline, moved well. Best Puppy

1st Peebles & Kirkwood WEEBULLZ PARABELLUM JW – 23 month red/white male, excellent shaped head, with broad skull, correct ear set, and clean eye, wide jaw, excellent strength of neck, wide front with good bone, well ribbed, with good topline, strong rear, moved well. BOB

1st Gammons MARTGARIAN ZANTARA – 10 mth old bitch, nice size & substance for a bitch and age, lovely head with good eye & expression, nice width of front, good ribbing & loin, holding a good topline, nice rear, moved well. BOB & BP. Please to see her win the Gundog Puppy Group.

2nd Lowthian FELLPOINT ASH - 10 mth old male, another dog good for bone, lovely head piece, just a touch narrow in front at the moment, which I am sure once he drops this will develop. Still a baby at the moment, nice spring of rib, & strong loin, holding a strong topline, just needs to settle on movement.

1st Gammons GLENBROWS REMINISCENT – 21 mth old bitch, nice size & balance, would just like a touch more overall, which still has time to develop. Good skull and ear set, lovely eye & expression, nice width of front, needs touch more ribbing, which would give more behind the elbow. Nice rear with correct width of stifle, nice profile movement.

1st Gammons GLENBROWS OPERA D’ARTE – another baby girl at 10 mths, lovely youngster, pleasing head, with good skull & muzzle, good stop, lovely eye & expression, nice width of front, good ribbing |& loin for age, holding a good topline, nice rear angles, moved well.

2nd Greigs STALKINGMATE BUCATINI – 4 yr old male, biggish boy, nice width of skull, with good ear set, nice eye & expression, muzzle a touch long for preference, nice angles front & rear, has a nice spring of rib & strong loin, just wasn’t holding his topline as well, which showed on the move.

1st Nokes GOLDPAW FIVE TO MIDNIGHT – 3 yr old bitch, nice size & profile, good head with good skull & ear set, nice eye & expression, good neck, pleasing front, good ribbing & loin, holding a good topline, nice width of stifle, but would prefer a stronger hock, pleasing on the move.

1st Elders SH CH ENRYB SKYE BLUE – 4 yr old bitch, loved her, super head with correct skull & ear set, good eye & expression, strong neck going into correct shoulders, parallel front and rear, good ribbing & loin, held topline, super on the move. BOB Pleased to see her go Gundog Group 4, in a very strong group.

2nd Nokes HOSOKTER TISLA AT GOLDPAW – 10 yr old bitch, not the substance of 1 & showing her age, would like more behind the elbow, which caused her to be a touch narrow on front, lovely head with good skull and ear set, lovely expression, nice on the move.

SPANIEL (WELSH SPRINGER)

1st Knowles MENSTONIA ENDLESS MIST – 6 ½ mth old bitch, lovely overall shape & make, lovely head proportions, good eye & muzzle, such a typical Welsh expression, lovely neck, good front & rear, well put together body, holding a good topline, moved well. BOB & BP

2nd KNOWLES MENSTONIA ENDURANCE – litter brother to 1st so much of above applies, just at a different stage of head development, and needs to grow into it. Wouldn’t settle on the move, so difficult to assess movement.

1st Daltons ROSETTIA LADY MARMALADE – 9 mth old bitch, very even bitch for age, lovely head with good eye & expression, good front & rear, held topline, could have a touch more spring of rib, but that will come with age, lovely on the move. Best Puppy

2nd Copeland & Knowles EUSANIT OH ECK IT’SMENSTONIA – This bitch was a touch bigger and shorter in body, and a touch bum high at the moment, which I am sure will change with age, lovely head with good skull and ear set, pleasing on the move.

2nd Copeland & Knowles EUSANIT IT’LL BE REET AT MENSTONIA – 4 yr old male, bigger dog than 1, but balanced, pleasing skull, and ear set, nice eye & expression, muzzle a touch long for preference, good neck going into well angulated shoulders, nice body and rear, pleasing on the move.
