1. Wallis – Petranella Strike it Rich – What a lovely puppy enjoying one of her first shows and taking it all in her stride. Loved her shoulder placement and return of upper arm, correct bone for age, nice spring of rib and plenty of width across the loin with a good tail carriage, presented well and moved soundly. BP

Tolladay – Chanangel Yorkshire Ale with Bethersden – Would happily have taken this young dog home with me, he has a masculine head and eye without being overdone, correct bone throughout, good reach of neck flowing into powerful well laid shoulders and correct return of upper arm, excels in depths of chest and spring of rib, moved effortlessly with drive, presented in the most immaculate condition. BOB and delighted to see him take group 3 in a top quality gundog group.
2. Topliss – Sandylands Stand By Me – this dog was so unlucky to meet my class winner as there is much to like about him, masculine head of good proportions, balanced in outline, well off for bone throughout, this lad was giving his handler a hard time on the move today so my class winner just edged ahead on movement today.

1. Topliss – Beresford Stand N Stare JW – 18 month old dog, masculine in head, good overall proportions, strong neck with good reach, plenty of spring of rib, well-muscled rear quarters, moved soundly and with drive. RBOB
2. Unwin – Allenies Lady Marmalade – 3 year old bitch of a different type to my class winner, good bone, feminine head with tight correct shaped eye, preferred with width and depth of chest of my class winner.

1. Mcdowell – Byedales Agatha Christie - 11 month old orange belton bitch, loved her outline displaying correct proportions and angulations fore and after. Quite a handful in the breed class but moved with balance and purpose when settled. She had her mind on the job in the puppy group and I was delighted to see her take group 3. Well done.
2. Mcdowell – Byedales Inspector Clueso – 11 month old dog and litter brother to my class winner, more composed than his litter sister with a masculine head, just preferred the depth of chest of his sister today.

1. Jakins – SH CH / INT SH CH / MULTI CH Terne Des Coris Qalimero at Coolfin (IMP BEL) JW – 8 year old dog, my notes say boy cant this boy cover some ground! And he did so without effort from his balanced angulation. Masculine in head, plenty of depth of chest, well off for bone throughout, strong topline and correct tail set and carriage.

1. Markillie – Hopevalley Morning Minuet – What a stunning puppy! She demanded my attention as soon as she entered the ring and my initial thoughts were backed up on going over this wonderful bitch. I loved her reach of neck that flowed into correctly placed shoulders and good return of upper arm, this flowed down to wonderful straight front legs. She has a strong correct topline and correct tail set, tail carriage is excellent and she uses her tail to her advantage on the move. Moves effortlessly in such a sound manner. BP and delighted to watch her take Puppy Group 1 and later I hear she went RBPIS. Well done, definitely a puppy with a very bright future ahead.
2. Lowe – Flattastic Blazing Sevens – bitch of a different type to my class winner, ample reach of neck and nice shoulder placement, just preferred the spring of rib and overall balance of my class winner. This bitches handler was doing a wonderful job of building this youngsters confidence in the ring, keep up the good work.

1. Lewin – Vynesbrook Ultimate Choice – Black bitch, her balance just couldn’t be ignored, she excels in rear angulation and well developed muscles of both the first and second thigh. Feminine in head with a wonderful dark eye, good reach of neck with good return of upper arm, flowing into wonderful straight front legs that were a pleasure to see moving towards you. BOB and delighted to see her take group 2 in a top quality gundog group, well done.
2. Tinker – Kelvincross Smokey Joe – Liver dog, very masculine, has plenty of width and depth of chest and a big spring of rib. Was unlucky to meet my class winner.

1. Lewin – Vynesbrook Deja Bleu – black bitch of 6 years of age but you wouldn’t know from looking at her, she has a wonderful feminine head, ample reach of neck and correct shoulder placement. Another from this kennel with excellent rear angulation and muscle tone of both the first and second thigh and pushed her kennel mate close to the wire but just preferred the strength in pasterns of her kennel mate today. 2. Tinker – Bramatha Lockdown Blues – 5 year old black dog, well off for bone, strong topline with correct tail set and carriage, preferred the shoulder placement and reach of neck of my class winner.
