My thanks to this lovely committee for their kind invite to judge at their well run show.

Rough Collie

Junior

571 Beardsworth Wicani Dulcibella Gyda Maysinder Blue merle, pretty girl with a lovely tapering head piece and beautiful dark eyes. Typical collie outline with balanced front and rear angulation. Moved out well to win this class.

572 Gatt Wicani Belladonna, sister to the winner and much to like, just preferred the expression of the winner. Again, balanced in body and covered in a lovely junior coat. Covered the ground easily. Close decision.

Post Grad

573 Williams Essanjay Heartbreaker – Shapley girl with good bone and nice coat colour and texture. Sweet expression and balanced head and good tipped ears. She would benefit from a slightly better head carriage on the move; however, her movement was steady yet correct with good angulation front and rear. BOB

574 Williams Essanjay Scarlet Ribbons - Would benefit from losing a little weight however she had a typical collie outline and good topline. Sweet eyes and expression and enough next. Moved OK just needs to get going and maybe would benefit from a larger ring. RBOB

570 Beardsworth Maysinder Sapphire Reign – such a pretty lady, with a super expression. Good head and ear placement. Slightly longer in body than the winner and a little out of coat today however once she is in full bloom she’ll be such a showgirl, nice side gait on the move.

Puppy

577 Isherwood’s Starlapps Javri – what a delightful youngster with the most beautiful of heads and expression. Good topline and tail set and balanced in angulation. Once she stopped sniffing the floor she really got into her pace and moved well around the ring. Best Puppy and Puppy Group 2

575 Clarks Aateli Koira Vakker Yuna At Lumenico (imp Fra) JW -– 20 mths old and such a lovely head piece, good neck leading into a balanced body, really eye catching on the move and covering the ground with ease. Profuse cost of great texture. Super personality. RBOB

579 Whyman & Murray Ch Lappviken Keltainen of Manu JW no doubting this lad is all male, masculine throughout with strong bone. Head proportions good with defined stop and well set ears. A plentiful coat covers his well muscled body. Easy mover covering the ground well – BOB

580 Askey Piece of Happiness Tornado At Petalnote D 7mth old baby enjoying his time in the ring. Nice head and expression, good topline and overall a nice shape, once he concentrated he moved with ease around the ring. Best Puppy

Post Graduate

588 Surridge Roydenbark Casablanca – Lovely expression coming her appealing head and dark eyes. Nice bone, balanced body and won on movement in this class. Covered in a quality coat, just carrying a little weight. RBOB

587 Prandle’s Roydenbark Meet Joe Black at Baywern– Balanced head with correct eyes and ears, sound coming and going. A nice shape just not quite the front of the winner.

581 Buckley’s Amkamel Half Blood Prince JW 3yo masculine dog who was a lovely shape with a super side profile, good bone and nicely angulated rear. Moved well with drive – BOB

586 Prandle’s Borderbrook Spring Dreamer at Baywern – another shapely Border with strong bone. Nice masculine head, good stop and dark pigment. He was reluctant on the move but when he did he went well just not the rear of the winner.

Puppy

596 Hughes Ribblespride Kruger – super promising puppy who really caught my eye both in the breed and the puppy group. Super little dog with a big personality. Super outline and front, balanced body and showing much promise for a bright future in the showring.

Junior

599 Lawrence Foveaux China Girl– 14 mth old feminine girl with a level topline and balanced body, head just needs to develop. Moved well with a good side gait, will no doubt get even better with maturity. Good coat and a rich colouring. BOB

591 Bradford’s Droversrock Pyrite B – Another who had a nice shape with good proportions and decent good bone. Covered in a nice coat and presented well.

600 Lawrence’s Hoscar Ellis’s Eddie ShCEx D– RBOB 7 years old lad who was in his prime, nice outline and topline, lovely expression. Moved well.

595 Hughes Poolheywood Barney JW D, Nice head and good neck, super topline and good side gait, not quite the front of the winner but still a nice chap.

Shetland Sheepdog

612 Walker’s Stormin Norm By Tooralie 11mth old, not the biggest of boys but in proportion, lovely graceful topline, nice headpiece with sweet expression coming from her dark eyes. Nice little mover - BP

602 Ferguson’s Fervaila Black Cuillin Tri larger lad with a lovely expression and nice eyes. He just moved a tad close behind.

Junior

608 Hughes Shadowess If U Can Dream At Cochochr– at just 12mths this boy was quite delightful, balanced head piece and used ears well. Super topline and overall shape, Moved out really well. BOB

604 Gamble Balidorn Olympic Star with Solyric – lovely typical outline, balanced throughout with a good head. Should really do well just needs to gain a little more confidence to show himself off to his full potential.

611 Mettan-Ure’s Savendie Meleys – Sweet expression, well set ears and nice eyes. Good front, nice outline and moved well. Coat immature as expected at this age.

610 Mettan-Ure’s Oakcrofts Venturer Avec Savendie – 5 year old sable with a lovely coat covering his balanced body. Nice head, dark eye, good ears, ample neck. Just prefer the rear movement on the junior in the challenge. RBOB

Pastoral Group

Group 1 547 – Cowley’s Ch Kashbeluli There We Are Then JW ShCEx OSW This Puli demanded the group win with his square compact body, correct head with dark pigment. Level topline and correctly angulated front and rear. He is impressive with his fabulous coat and toned body,

Group 2 542 – Irving’s Born To Be Your C’Est La Vie At Twinan (Imp Hun) –Super head, with dark expressive eyes, Correct front and excellent rear allowed him to showcase his movement. Outline held when stood and on the move and very typically all Pembroke Corgi.

Group 3 566 - Jasper’s Pafaxen Rewrite The Stars – This PMD is immaculate presented and handled to get the very best from him. Effortless yet steady mover who held his own in this group.

Group 4 579 - Whyman & Murray Ch Lappviken Keltainen of Manu JW This masculine Finnish Lapphund finished the line up, another who really covered the ground and a lovely representative of the breed.

Pastoral Puppy Group

Group 1 1st 544 – Pem Irving’s Twinan Put Some Jam On It, super Pem Corgi who demands attention with his balanced body and lovely head. Alert and such a show boy, really moves out and couldn’t be denied the Puppy Group Win.

Group 2 577 – Isherwood’s Starlapps Javri – she is so feminine, she is a delight to watch move around the ring. Such a wonderful head and expression teamed with her super side gait.

Group 3 596 -  Hughes Ribblespride Kruger this super little Lancashire Heeler certainly made his mark in this pastoral puppy group, Loved his outline and moved so well in the group.

Group 4 538 - Smith’s Ancksunamun Host of Goa’Uld – Super Caridgan Corgi who moves so well in profile. Lovely outline and proportions.

AV Veteran Pastoral

576 – Clark’s Lumikoira Maitosuklaa at Lumenico Finnish Lapphund, he’s so well made with strong bone and a profuse coat. Lovely head and super expression, Movement and muscle shows no sign of age. Well handled.

557 – Finnigan’s Reyakosa Brando VW, GSD – really covered the ground with ease, mature dog with good bone and well muscled.

562 –Kenmare’s Ch Windgunn’s Rio Grande B Such a super showgirl in tip top condition, well muscled and could really move around the ring. Lovely outline with a feminine head.

555 Amis & Stanley’s Droyales Present Verdandi JW - Another super fit lad who cleared the ground with ease. Masculine head, good bone and covered in a harsh jacket.
