English Springer Spaniel. J (1/0) 1. House, Gleadsbury Mad About The Boy. Lots to like in this young male, he has a well made head that has some maturing to do yet, but it's balanced and well chiselled with good eye colour and expression. Strong neck that fitted neatly into well laid shoulders, firm backline that was held on the move and well developed rear quarters. Free moving, he was shown in excellent coat and condition. BOB. PG (4/1) 1. Gleadsbury Mad About The Boy. 2. Hoare, Lymnoares Ode To Memory 2 year old bitch of nice type, she has a super femine head that handles well, strong neck into a really good front assembly, well bodied with a deep well developed chest and strong loin. She moved soundly coming and going, but lacked the forward extension of my winner. RBOB. 3. Unwin, Allenies Lady Marmalade. O (1/1)

Welsh Springer Spaniel. J (3/3) 1. Harrison, Glenbrows Time Will Tell. There were 3 top quality youngsters in this class all brimming with breed type but today this beautiful bitch just took my eye. Feminine, well developed balanced head with defined stop and square muzzle, nice eye and expression and correctly set ears. Good length of neck that fits snugly into well laid shoulders. At this young age her body still has some maturing to do but I found her to be proportionate and well muscled. She has excellent rear quarters with a deep second thigh and short strong hocks that were used to advantage on the move. She was somewhat unsettled moving, but she did enough to win her class and her lovely breed type won her BOB. 2. Harrison, Glenbrows Aurora another cracking example of the breed from this kennel and at just 8 months old there is already plenty to like. Pretty head that is still developing, but it's balanced and has good chiselling, she stands straight in front on well boned legs with neat round feet. Height to length she is well balanced, she has a firm topline that's held on the move and a well set tail that is carried correctly. I preferred the rear quarters of my winner. Moved soundly in all directions. I was pleased to award her RBOB & BPIB and thrilled to hear she later won the Gundog Puppy Group. 3. Glenbrows Timeless. PG (3/0) 1. Glenbrows Time Will Tell. 2. Harrison, Glenbrows Timeless making up the trio of lovely girls from the Junior class and litter sister to 1, many of the same comments apply although I preferred the head of my winner. 3. Wallington, Ferndel Renzo At Rovinjdal.
