1st Miss A Gilbert – Reedfen’s Paint It Black. 6 month old black of good balance. Lovely substance. Nice head, good front angulation, good ribbing and depth for age. Level topline, short coupled, good rear angulation. Lovely tail. Moved well. BP

1st Mrs B Jeffery – Lembas Brooklyn at Mibridge. Nice black male - of good size and leg. Nice head, good proportions, good length of neck, nice front angulation. Good topline and tailset. Moved well in rear, paddled slightly in front.

1st Mrs J Wallace – Tiaja Love in the Sun. 8 year old yellow. Lovely head, gentle expression . Good neck, into well laid shoulders. Good front assembly. Lovely forechest and tight elbows. Level topline, well coupled. Good bend of stifle. Nice tail. Moved true fore and aft and in profile. BOB

2nd Mrs B Jeffery – Carohall Day Dreamer at Mibridge. 10.5 black male in great condition for age. Lovely head, gentle and mobile. Good neck, good shoulders. Nice front assembly and rear in balance. Level topline held on the move. Good depth of chest and spring of rib. Lovely tail. Moved well.

Good forechest. Good depth of chest, strong topline. Lovely rear angulation. Good bone. Moved well in profile. BOB

2nd Mr Roberts & Mr Maidment – Deltandamba Inside A Dream. 7 month old. Feminine head, correct eye, good bite. Good neck, ok shoulders, good topline, ok spring of rib but so much time to mature. Moderate rear angulation. Moved ok although a little close behind.

Ok front assembly - would like a touch more upperarm. Level topline, good tailset. Nice spring. Good rear angulation, good width of second thigh and bend of stifle. Good tail. Moved well.

2nd Mrs Barnes – Cushtiwood She’ll Do Nicely for Doddridge. Another pleasing fawn bitch. Feminine head of good proportions. Lovely neck, good shoulders. Correct front angulation. Good topline. Good legs and feet. Lovely bend of stifle - in balance with front. Moved well

2nd Mr B & Mrs D Stephens – Jasteal Knight of Kynance. Another nice male of differing type. Good head, nice expression. Nice angulation fore and aft. Tight elbows. Nice tuck up. Moved well. Toes in slightly in front. 

Open Bitch : Lovely class, full of quality.

1st Mr B & Mrs D Stephens – Jasteal Goddess of Godrevy. Feminine bitch with the prettiest of heads, lovely eye. Beautiful neck, good front assembly. Lovely topline. Good rear angulation, nice width of thigh. Parallel legs. Well let down hocks. Nice bone, well muscled throughout. Good tuck up moved well. Lovely type. RBOB

2nd Mrs V Leathart – Ringmore Iona. Another lovely bitch, good head, nice width of skull, good neck, balanced front and rear angulation. Good topline, lovely rear, well bent stifle. Well let down hocks. Good feet. Moved well.

1st Miss N Daniels – Michelroy Earl Grey. 7 month old male - nice type. Good head, masculine and hound, lovely ears. Strong neck, good shoulders. Balanced front and rear assembly. Good topline, good tailset and tail. Moved well. Good bone and substance, wouldn’t want anymore weight on him at this age. BP

2nd Mr C Umfreville – Dogrose Bee of Sound Mind. Rangier type. Lovely head, typical hound. Good bite and pigment. Good neck, ok shoulders, lacks upper arm. Good topline. Moderate angles. Moved well behind. Needs a better spring of rib, chest isn’t developed enough.

2nd Ms S McMahon – Frigg Pride of North Via Seasara (Imp POL) Norwegian Elkhound. Lovely proportions, nice and compact. Pleasing head with alert expression. Correct front assembly. Level topline. Good rear angulation. Straight legs. Moved well.

Lovely neck, well laid shoulders. Correct front assembly. Level topline, correct fall away at croup. Good rear angulation moved well.

2nd Mrs V Leathart – Ringmore Day Lily. Whippet - 11.5 years old, a credit to the owner. Pretty head, good eye. Lovely neck, good shoulders. Balance front and rear assembly. Good topline, nice rise over loin. Good ribbing. Moved well

JUNIOR HANDLING 

Class A : 6 – 11 years

1st Anastasia Voutsis. A sympathetic handler who handled her pointer with ease. Stood to perfection at all times and so attentive. Shadowed well without overdoing it. Moved at the correct pace for the dog and was cautious not to get in between me and the dog. Could have used the whole ring to best advantage of the dog. A promising young handler.

2nd Kaycee-Mae Turton. Another talented handler, who had her dog stood perfectly at all times. Was cautious of going in between dog and judge. Moved dog at correct pace and was aware of her dog at all times.

3rd Florrie Johnson

Class B : 12 – 16 years

1st Lillie Betty. Handled the dog to perfection, attentive and gentle. Shadowed well, not overdoing it. Checked if dogs were moved. Clean lines and clean lead. When unsure asked for action to be repeated, to ensure it was correctly executed.This is something I appreciate.

2ndLula Stower. Another talented handler, handling a large breed. Clean lead at all times, shadowed well. Dog wasn’t the easiest but she managed him well. Correctly executed all patterns.

3rd Libby Rycroft

ADULT HANDLING 17-39yrs :

1st Paige Edens. Lovely handler, barely put a foot wrong. Dog stood to attention and handler was so attentive to everything. Lines were clean and precise. Lead was perfect. All manoeuvres were executed well - L could have been tighter. Overall she made the dog stand out.

2nd Hana Holden. Another fabulous handler, with a breed that is notoriously difficult. Attentive at all times, clean lines and manoeuvres executed well. Always cautious of where I was at all times. Lead could have been tidier.

ADULT HANDLING 40+yrs :

1st Tristan Rycroft. Fabulous handler who could put youngsters to shame. Dog stood perfectly. Clean lines, clean turns, lead was tight. Shadowed well, without overdoing it. Attentive to me at all times.

2nd Tanya Keats. Handled the dog well, dog stood well at all times and moved at correct pace. Lovely bond between the two.
