1 Moore’s Foxthyme Unbelievable. BP. Nicely grown. Lovely coat texture. Pleasing head with flat skull, correct skull to muzzle ratio and expressive ears. Firm, flat topline; good bone. Nice rear angulation. Moved freely and briskly.

2 Budd’s Kavalo Dancing In The Dark. Pretty head with nice eyes. Good ear carriage; sufficient bone well sprung ribcage & good depth of chest. Thick coat. Moved well.

1 Braybrook’s Tudorbrook Smartie Girl. Best mover in this class. Good level, firm topline. Expressive eye. Nice skull and muzzle shape & good earset. Excellent spring of rib & strong, short loin. Good bone. Moved briskly.

2 Bailey & Hancock’s Parabar Pistachio. Masculine with excellent angulation fore & aft. Well-proportioned head. Good tailset. Neat, firm feet.

Limit 2

1 Budd’s Tudorbrook Hocus Locus. BOB. Lovely mover holding topline well on the move. Feminine head with pleasing eye shape, colour & expression. Good coat thickness & texture with desired thumbprint on the forelegs. Good spring of rib with ribcage going well back to strong loin. Small, firm feet.

1 Budd’s Parabar Primrosa. RBOB. Just preferred head & forechest of 1. Nice head, eye & expression with foreface of sufficient width. Nice skull shape. Excellent spring of rib & depth of chest. Strong loin and good tailset. Moved soundly and freely.

2 Bailey & Hancock’s Selestar Lemon Drizzle. A little finer all over than my winner. Nice eye shape & expression. Good coat texture. Nice rear angulation with good bend of stifle.

1 Saich’s Lindcoly Who’s That Girl. BP and Puppy Group 3. A lovely puppy. Nice head with good width of skull; eye of good colour & very expressive. Good earset, with ears used well. Nice spring of rib leading to strong loin. Excellent coat texture throughout. Moved freely holding topline on the move.

1 Purvis’s Mosspur Moving Shadows. Nice head, eye & expression; open nose. Good earset. Pleasing length of neck. Level topline & with tail held well. Good spring of rib with ribcage leading to supple loin. Good bone & feet. Moved true both coming & going.

1 Tester’s Airtykes Just Mischief. RBOB. Well-shaped ears held erect. Good head furnishings; open nose. Sufficient bone & angulation; level topline. Good coat texture throughout. Moved soundly coming and going.

1 Saich’s Lindcoly Picture Perfect. BOB. Well presented with lovely, typical outline. Excellent harsh coat texture. Lovely head with medium size, dark eyes set wide apart & with alert expression. Small, pointed ears carried erect. Good neck, spring of rib & strong loin. Sufficient bone & well-shaped feet. Strode out well on the move.

2 Tester’s Airtykes Excuse Me. So feminine throughout. Nicely balanced head. Good muzzle & skull shape. Excellent spring of rib; level topline & nice tailset. Good bone. Moved soundly coming and going.

1 Burrage’s Lojza Garex (IMP CZE). Lovely, typical outline. Attractive grey-blue coat colour. Expressive eyes, good length of head and slightly arched skull. Good earset with ears carried well. Well-muscled throughout and correct topline. Moved soundly once settled. Needs to gain in confidence but I am sure that will come.

1 Burrage’s Komidion Sonata For Sametova JW. RBOB. Very feminine throughout. Good length of head. Sufficient strength of muzzle & skull with slightly arched skull shape. Excellent length and strength of neck. Good angulation fore & aft. Correct topline. Shown in good coat & muscular condition. Moved soundly fore and aft.

1 Fewing’s Komidion Schubert. BOB & Group 2. Most mature in this class. Good length of head with pleasing furnishings; good skull & muzzle shape, forming a blunt triangle when seen from above. Nice angulation fore & aft; good forechest. Correct topline. Shown in muscular condition throughout. Moved soundly with nice tail carriage.

2 Burrage’s Ch Sametova Bacary. Another lovely example of the breed one with all the essentials. Not quite as mature as 1. Nicely balanced in head. Good coat texture and colour. Moved well coming & going.

3 Fewing’s Komidion Rhapsody In Rhyme.

1 Simon’s Brucephela Quite Berry. BOB. Lovely example of the breed. Very balanced in outline. Good head length of sufficient strength. Nice dark, expressive eye. Good earset & carriage. Excellent angulation fore & aft. Good depth of chest & fair spring of rib with ribcage going well back. Nice width of powerful upper & lower thigh. Good bone & harsh wiry coat. Moved well on small, strong feet.

1 Redman’s Holbam Freya JW. RBOB. Nice length of head. Small, expressive eye. good earset & carriage of ears. Well-muscled throughout; sufficient spring of rib. Not quite the rear angulation of my BOB winner. Sufficient bone. Moved well. Coat a little soft in places.

1 Graves’s Pipsacre Wasn’t Me. BP. RBOB, Puppy Group 1 and Reserve Best Puppy In Show. Lovely, typical puppy with all the essentials. Excellent coat, spring of rib & short, strong loin. Compact outline overall. Lovely head, eye & expression with correct ratio of skull to muzzle. Nice earset with ears held well. Good tailset and bone. Moved soundly fore and aft.

1 Woods & Boorman’s Wayward Rumble BP. Won here on maturity. Nicely-shaped masculine head. Dark eye with intelligent expression. Correct length of muzzle to skull ratio. Good bone. Sufficient depth of chest & bend of stifle. Level topline. Moved OK but not very settled.

2 Woods & Boorman’s Vixenview Top Tier At Wayward. Very feminine with lovely eye & expression. Nice pigmentation. Sufficient bone and well-proportioned throughout. Moved soundly on good feet. Good coat texture.

1 Woods & Boorman’s Vixenview Sugar & Spice. RBOB. Very nice standing & on the move. Correctly shaped skull & muzzle. Dark eyes; good bone. Nice depth of chest & sufficient spring of rib. Level topline. Shown in excellent, muscular condition. Well let-down hocks. Moved soundly both coming and going.

1 Woods & Boorman’s Wayward Timeless JW. BOB. Very smart overall appearance. Lovely masculine head but nothing overdone. Nice earset & carriage; good pigmentation. Good length of muscular neck. Sufficient depth of chest and correct length of leg compared to depth of body. Moved soundly & true with pleasing tail action. Coat of good texture and shown in excellent muscular condition.

1 Miller, Miller & Hoare’s Glenaffric Hidden Magic. RBOB. Won here on maturity & tailset. Good length of head, almond eye shape of correct colour. Sufficient length and strength of neck. Good depth of chest, level topline and deep muscular loin. Excellent double coat of good texture & thickness. Moved well.

2 Tilley’s Fredrick Oriono Kerai. Another nice one, just not as mature as 1. Beautiful head with good substance in skull & muzzle. Nice earset & carriage of ear. Excellent angulation fore & aft. Moved well.

1 Wilson, Wilson & Dixon’s Chatterdale Clear Star. Feminine head of good length, muzzle could be a little stronger. Excellent front & rear angulation. Chest of good width; nice spring of rib leading to short, strong loin. Good tailset. Carrying a little too much weight on the day. Moved well on good feet.

1 Wilson’s Charlilymae Funshine Jovi Of Bonnyness. BOB. Nice outline with lovely short, strong loin. Feminine head with dark almond shaped eye. Good earset and ears carried well. Nicely developed flat skull and good foreface. Excellent angulation fore & aft. Good head & tail carriage. Dense double coat of good texture. Moved well. Carrying a little too much weight today.

1 Thoburn’s Northridge Wolf Bluff. BOB. Lovely example of the breed. Nice dark, rounded eye. Good width of muzzle & skull with cheek bones not prominent. Nice earset & carriage. Good length & strength of neck. Excellent depth of chest & spring of rib. Good topline & tailset. Correct angulation infront & behind. Coat of good texture. Moved soundly coming and going.

Terrier Group  A lovely group so full of quality. It was hard to choose the final four.

G1 Wells’s Wellstaffs Young Warrior JW. Staffordshire Bull Terrier. Delighted to watch him win Reserve Best In Show. Fabulous head with neat ears and dark eyes & so well made and muscular throughout. Just over one year old so has lots of maturing to do but has all the essentials. Lovely mover both coming and going on neat feet. Coat in excellent condition.

Good length of neck. Shown in well-muscled condition. Excellent coat colour and condition. Free movement both coming and going.

2 Fewing’s Komidion Passionato VW. Cesky T. Very feminine head. Good neck. Well angulated fore & aft. Good coat condition. Moved soundly.

2 Taylor, Wells & Yuille’s Ch Lafitte De Moorstile Chez Shelridge (imp FRA) Shetland Sheepdog. Lovely outline. Shown in excellent coat & condition. Lovely head with well-balanced and well-shaped skull and foreface. Good earset. Excellent spring of rib leading to strong loin; good bone. Moved soundly fore & aft on well-arched feet. Good coat condition.

1 Mitchell & Tydeman’s Sendora One For The Road. Shetland Sheepdog. Beautiful feminine bitch shown in excellent coat & condition. Lovely head, eye & expression. Nice ears set fairly close together and & carried well. Correct angulation fore & aft. Well let down hocks. Moved soundly on good feet.

2 Colavecchia’s Cardus Miss Liberty VW. Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Lovely outline. Nice head, eye & expression. Well-proportioned skull to muzzle. Good bone, pleasing topline. Moved well both coming and going.

3 Saich’s Ir Ch Lindcoly Mischief Maker. German Spitz (Mittel).

Best puppy in show was the fabulous Swedish Vallhund, Peacock-Jackson’s Danga’s Sune Jamesson At Kirkholme (imp SWE). He caught my eye on entering the ring and did not disappoint on going over him. Fabuous mover and shown in excellent coat and muscular condition. Should have a promising future.
