Puppy Dog or Bitch (3)

1. Leech’s Mileoak Dee Day Darling

This 8 month white and black young lady is such an exciting prospect and must have a very bright future. She is so very well balanced throughout and well angulated front and rear. Head is well developed for her age. She has great bone, deep broad chest and good body. Handled to get the very best from her and shown in great condition. She moved so very well in all directions and has good reach and drive. I shall follow her progress with interest. I was delighted to award her Best Puppy and Reserve Best of Breed. Many congratulations.

2. Farrar’s Disoranto Cool Hand Luke at Darkpeak

This was another very promising upstanding 11 month old black young man, who was unlucky to come up against the winner on the day. I am sure he also has a very bright future. He is tall, but well balanced throughout. He has a very pleasing head and great bone. I would like to see him move in a bigger ring, as he was just a tad untidy in the rear when moving and this was the deciding factor on the day.

3. Moore & James’ Starnewf Mr Dark Sky

Junior Dog or Bitch (4, 1 abs)

1. Leech’s Mileoak Dee Day Darling

3. Stanton & Latham’s Mileoak Hocus Pocus

Post-Graduate Dog or Bitch (2)

1. Farrar’s Disoranto Cool Hand Luke at Darkpeak

2. Stanton & Latham’s Mileoak Hocus Pocus

This 15 month old black young lady has a pleasing head and expression. Well off for bone and body. At the typical teenage stage at the moment and could just let down a tad at the rear. Shown in good condition and moved soundly.

Open Dog or Bitch (2)

1. Chapman’s Ch. Nandobears You’ll Never Walk Alone (Imp Deu)

This 2 year old upstanding black male just exudes quality. He is strong throughout with great bone, deep broad chest and body and is certainly powerful. Firm topline. His head is masculine with a broad skull and has the most delightful expression. He is so well balanced front and rear and shown in super condition and handled to get the very best from him. He moved with great reach and drive in all directions even in the small ring. I was pleased to award him Best of Breed and and I was delighted to see him show his full potential on the move in the Group ring, where he was awarded Group 2 in a very large, strong Group. Many congratulations.

2. Popples’ Mileoak Loch Noir

A very pretty 4 year old black bitch, who has pleasing head of good proportions and lovely expression. Well balanced front and rear. Shown in good condition and moved so well in all directions.

AV PASTORAL VETERAN (36,20 abs)

It was a great honour to judge this wonderful class of veterans, who were such a great credit to their owners.

1. Fieldsend’s Int Ch Ir Ch UK Ch Qessi Heaven Devil to Starwell (Imp Cze)

This 7 year old feminine fawn briard was an absolute pleasure to judge and topped this very strong class. She just exudes breed type and is so very well balanced throughout. Moved so very well with good reach and drive in all directions. I was then delighted to award her BEST VETERAN IN SHOW. Many congratulations.

2. Taylor’s Ch. Hanskes Just a Gigolo at Tamlin (Imp Fin)

This nearly 10 year old Cardigan Welsh Corgi pushed the winner very hard for top honours and a great example of this delightful breed. He had the most super expression and moved so well in all directions. A real credit to his owner.

4. Robert’s Ch. Magical Love Elvikam JW OSW VW (Imp Pol) (Australian Shepherd)
