PENZANCE & DISTRICT CANINE SOCIETY OPEN SHOW
16TH NOVEMBER 2025
JUDGE-MRS.JULIET COOPER
It was an honour and a privilege to be asked to judge the Flatcoat Retrievers, Terriers, Hounds & Working groups plus Best in Show at this lovely well organised friendly show.
Many thanks to all who entered, and the officers and committee plus my extremely hardworking stewards.
The dogs I saw across all three groups were without exception excellent quality and would not be out of place in top level competition. Quite a few were youngsters and this bodes well for the future. All were clean and well-presented, and temperaments were sound throughout.
The line up for the group winners was exceptional; I was spoilt for choice.
My Best Working group taking Best in show and my Hound group winner taking Reserve Best in show, then to top it off, my Hound Puppy group winner taking Best Puppy in Show under my fellow judge. Congratulations.
