Worcester & Malvern Open Show 30/12/25 Class 64. Puppy Entries: 2 Absentees: 1 1st Place 258 - Briarmist Fire and Ice to Tekalhaus (Imp Aus) NAF (Mr P P & Mrs D J Clarke) 6 mths well bodied puppy. Creates a pleasing shape on the stack and holds herself well on the move. Long clean head, slightly arched skull with dark almond eyes. Long neck which is clean and free from excess skin into a well laid shoulder and correct return of upperarm Feet are firm but naturally pasterns could be tighter but this will come with age. Firm level topline with a nicely filled croup. Correct tailset. Moved true coming and going showing a free flowing profile. Class 65. Special Yearling Entries: 3 Absentees: 0 1st Place 264 - Ch Swansford Padmeadora JW (Mr D Roberts) have judged this female before and my comments still stand. She excels on the move, flows with a long stride which is effortless. Nicely shaped and bodied. Moves true coming and going with a clean long head. 2nd Place 266 - Delsaux Twenty Carat Golden for Kendalldax (Miss S W West) well made, presenting a clean shape but not the fill in foreface to 1 and slightly heavier in lip. Dark almond eyes with slightly arched skull and correct length. Long neck into a reasonable shoulder and upperarm. Firm level topline but longer in body than needed for his ratios. Well angled rear, moves true coming and going but not the fluent flowing profile of 1. 3rd Place 259 - Giovanni Rude for Kokoadax (Imp Ltu) (Miss Ap Page) Class 66. Limit Entries: 2 Absentees: 1 1st Place 261 - Swansford Daphnedora at Maudaxi (Mr P & Mrs D Reid) Well bodied, Long clean head, enough arch in skull, dark almond eyes. Long neck into a reasonable shoulder but would prefer more return in uperarm. Firm topline. I would prefer more width to front and tighter feet. Moved true coming and going. Class 67. Open Entries: 1 Absentees: 0 1st Place 260 - Cavallibrook One Final Kiss at Maudaxi (Mr P & Mrs D Reid) excellent head, slightly arched skull with dark almond eyes and correct length of muzzle. Puppy Entries: 2 Absentees: 0 1st Place 269 - Songbirdie in The Thistle (Miss J Lander) smart and clean puppy, still developing in coat and body. head of correct length and slightly arched. Foreface still needing some fill which may come with age. Dark almond eyes. Long neck into a well laid shoulder and return of upperarm. Topline firm and level. Balanced angles. Moves true with a free flowing profile. 2nd Place 267 - Dachadam Diver Damsel (Mr D & Mrs A Aneke) Had more body and coat but lack some ground clearance and was a little stuffy all over. Head slightly arched with a darl almond eye. Strong muzzle, lack some length in neck, shoulder lay reasonable with a firm level topline. Moved true. Class 69. Special Yearling Entries: 3 Absentees: 2 1st Place 270 - Daniello Athena Alice (Ms A & Mrs M Rossa & Kasprowicz) Clean lined female but lacked some bone and body length. Head slightly arched with an almond eye. muzzle length correct but would prefer more underjaw. Reasonable shoulder with a firm topline. Pastern could be stronger. Moves true going away but could be cleaner towards. Dachs S/H Class 74. Limit Entries: 3 Absentees: 1 1st Place 275 - Luckytails Skye at Zorionadax JW (Miss N Parker) Well proportioned female, Balanced and clean. Head slightly arched with dark almond eyes. Correct length. Long neck into a well laid shoulder and correct return of upperarm. Firm level topline and balanced angles. Moves true coming and going but would prefer tighter feet. 2nd Place 276 - Malpaspups Coco at Zorionadax (Miss N Parker) Not as fluent and flowing as 1. Showing more tuck up. she was in excellent muscular order. Head is slightly arched with dark almond eyes. I would prefer more underjaw. I prefer this female expression. Enough length of neck into a reasonable shoulder. Topline is firm but not as fluent in profile moving. Dachs M/S/H Class 77. Moves true coming and going showing reach and drive in profile. 2nd Place 295 - Penjulai's over The Moon (Miss N Sommers) another clean prospect but not as forward as one in development. slightly arched skull with dark almond eyes but would prefer more length of muzzle. Long neck which could be cleaner. Topline strong and level with correct tailset and croup. Would benefit from a better return of upperarm, moves true going away but could be cleaner coming towards. Dachs M/W/H Puppy Entries: 4 Absentees: 1 1st Place 325 - Farnmeister Fauna (Mrs P Procter) difficult class but i preferred this females breed type and robust ways. I prefer a little more texture to her coat but she excelled in profile movement. 3rd Place 320 - Kenbloom Mazda (Miss E Jaskolska) Class 85. Long neck into a decent shoulder and reasonable return of upperarm. Firm topline 2nd Place 319 - Dachshington Cassiopeia (Miss E Jaskolska) Well boned. Head is decent length but planes still developing. Slight roman nose. Flat skull, enough lnegth of neck, decent lay of shoulder but would benefit from a better return of upperarm. Level topline. She had an excellent wiry coat. Moved true and covered the ground well. 3rd Place 329 - Milkwood's May Time (Miss J & Mrs S Stone) Class 86. Limit Entries: 7 Absentees: 1 1st Place 314 - Emem Hazel Sunshine JW (Mrs M Dance) this female excelled in movement in every department she used the most of herself in profile. Head is of enough length with correct underjaw and fill under the eye. Adequate arched neck into a well laid shoulder and return of upperarm. Firm level topline with correct croup and tailset, Strong second thigh. 2nd Place 318 - Dereheath Love Is The Tonic (Mrs S & Mrs H.m. & Mr D.g. Gilkes & Storton & Storton) not as hard in condition as one but longer in second thigh. head of correct length with correct depth of jaw. Flat skull. Dark eyes but would like more fill underneath. Balanced angles, moves true. 2nd Place 317 - Dereheath Shaken Not Stired at Birichino (Mrs S Gilkes) nice type of male, but lacked the cleanness over the croup and not as fluent in profile movement. Open Entries: 2 Absentees: 0 1st Place 654 - Bincombefarm Morsmordre JW (Mrs K & Mr N & Miss K P French) An interesting class for me as outside the ring i would have always had the pied female first between these two but today it was this male that won. He is as hard a nails. Broad skull with dark eyes. Erect bat ears with rounded tips. Clean cheeks. Correct width of jaw and open nostrils. Moderate strong neck into a reasonable shoulder. Ideally I would like more width to his front but he moves true from all angles. Firm topline slightly rising over the loin. Correct tailset. Balanced angles. Head is broad and square. Dark eyes with open nostril and correct width of jaw. Strong moderate neck into a decent lay of shoulder and return of upperarm. Topline correctly rising over the loin.
