Smooth Collie

Junior 

1st Coldelee Busy Bein Fabulous, 8 mths attractive female with a clean outline. Head is wedge shape with dark eyes and tipped ears. I would like a little more underjaw but that may come with age. Long arched neck into a correct shoulder and return of upperarm. firm topline and correct tail and croup. Moves true going away but needs to firm up in front towards. A close call for BOB but just lacked understandably the maturity of BOB winner.

1st Blamorder I Dreamed a Dream at Mystery, 18 mths tri, a little longer in body than required, head is clean cut but broader in back skull than I prefer, correct eye shape, ear set correct but would like more tip. Long clean arched neck into a reasonable shoulder and return of upperarm. Topline is level but could be harder.. Correct tailset and croup. Moves true coming and going with reach and drive in profile. Nails could do with being shorter for a neater foot.

1st Blamorder Magic Maker with Freejack, 3 yr male, who is borderline a little much for me but he is well put together and uses himself to advantage. Head is clean and wedge shape with dark eyes, correct stop and underjaw. He could be cleaner in throat but neck fits correctly into the shoulder with firm topline. Correct tailset. Moves true with drive and confidence. 

2nd Coldelee Eternal Sunshine, on first appearance I thought this female would be my winner, I prefer her angles and bone etc but I would like a little more forthcoming on the move. Head is clean wedged shaped with dark eyes and correct length of muzzle. Prefer more underjaw. Long clean neck into a decent shoulder and return of upperarm. Topline is firm with correct tailset and croup. Balanced angles and moves true going away but could be cleaner towards. She moves with enough reach and drive I would just like a little more push and flow in profile from her.

Puppy

1st Chalksvilles Running Eagle at Virlees, 6 mths at her first show, very promising and attractive in shape. she is clean and flowing. Head is correct length with correct width of skull, defined stop. dark eyes although I would like a little more almond and well filled underneath. Correct strong underjaw, Ears set correctly although larger than I would prefer, correct length of neck into a well laid shoulder and return of upperarm. Firm topline with a slight slope to the croup. She has superb feet which lacks in the breed. Moves true coming and going showing reach and drive in profile. If she had of been a little older with some more schooling she would have been a strong contender for BOB, Super puppy who Im sure will do well. 

Junior 

1st Kastina Heart of Lutetia, 14 mths, I preferred this females body proportions to her sisters. Head is well defined with dark almond eye and defined stop. I would like more length of muzzle, Well laid shoulder and decent return of upperarm. Feet and pastern could be better. Firm topline with a slight slope in croup. Balanced angles. Moves true away and back but would like more width to front which may come with age. 

2nd Kastina Jodie, 14 mths litter sis to 1, Longer in body to one but still within balance. Head is of correct shape and width, eyes are dark but could be more almond, Correct length of neck into a decent shoulder and return of upperarm. Firm topline but croup slopes more than I would like. Pasterns could be stronger. Moves true coming and going showing enough reach and drive in profile. 

Post Grad

1st Westlawn Tallulah,2 years who won on overall balance and type. Well chiselled head with defined stop and dark almond eyes. Correct length of jaw with a strong underjaw. Moderate strong neck into a decent shoulder and return of upperarm. Topline is firm with a slight slope to the croup. Angles are balanced. Moves true with a flowing side gait. 

2nd Deniz Z Nekielki, judged this male in July and my opinion still stands. He has a decent head type with correct ratios. Dark almond eye but I would like more width to front although he moves true lacks the reach and drive. 

Open 

1st Ch Kintaro Grace Kelly with Suzdans 5 yrs female who I have judged before when she was in her prime. An honest female who pleases in outline everything flows, she is true when she moves in all directions with reach and drive. Head of correct length and width, dark almond eye, I would like a little more fill under the eye. Strong underjaw. Firm topline with a slight slope to the croup. Balanced angles. I would prefer her in harder condition but for her overall correctness she won BOB. 

Lancashire Heeler

I enjoyed judging these very much, a first time for me with some decent numbers in the breed to choose from. 

1st Foveaux China Girl, I liked this females attitude who uses herself to full advantage on the stack. She is balanced with correct body ratios, She sometimes stands a little slack in topline but when she moves this disappears so I’m sure this will correct itself with age and exercise. Skull is flat and of correct width. slight stop with dark almond eyes. I would like more fill under the eye, ears correctly placed, moderate neck into a well laid shoulder and sufficient upperarm. Topline level with balanced angles fore and after. Uses herself to full advantage on the move, Sass & attitude, moves true out and back with brisk free flowing gait. 

2nd Parabar Pelatotys Pichi, I preferred the head type of this female but couldn’t quite match in body. Head is of correct width with flat skull dark almond eyes. Ears erect set correctly. Parallel planes. Moderate neck into a well laid shoulder. Topline falls a little behind the wither. correct tailset. Moves true coming and going but not the free fluidness of 1. 

Post Grad 

1st Parabar Posts Powwow, Correct breed type which mainly won him this class and his head properties. Moderate neck into a decent shoulder, topline is firm but I would like more level. Correct tailset. Balanced angles. Moves true coming and going with a brisk gait. 

2nd 1st in junior 

Open 

1st Poolheywood Barney JW, 2 yr male, who is an honest dog but I would like a thicker coat and more strength and type in head. Head is ok correct length and width. Eyes could be darker. Moderate neck into a reasonable shoulder. Topline is firm and level with correct tailset. Angles are balanced. I would like a shade shorter to suit his ratios. Moves true from all directions showing a free fluent brisk action in profile. 

2nd Parabar Posts Pawnee, I preferred the head type of this one well filled under the eye which were dark and almond. Ear set correct moderate neck into a decent shoulder. Topline slightly breaks after the wither. Correct tailset. Moves true going away but needs to tighten coming towards. Moves briskly but not the same flow as 1.

1st Elessar Eclipse The Stars, 16 mths smart clean female. Sturdy, head is foxy in shape with a wide skull and slight stop, Dark eyes with desired black rims, ears erected and set correct with slightly rounded tips. long muscular neck into a well laid shoulder with correct return of upperarm. Well boned, deep broad chest with level topline. angles are balanced. Tight round feet. Tailset correct moved true with an active free flowing gait. 

Welsh Corgi Pembroke

Junior

1st Highashes Hits the Spot, a smart clean outline on this female, who shows so well! low set, head is foxy in expression and very alert. Correct width of skull and moderate stop, correct ratios in head, round eyes, with correct slight rounded ears, long neck into a well laid shoulder, Legs straight with correct bone. Level firm topline and correct tailset. Completely balanced in outline. Moves true coming and going, which is active and free in profile. 

2nd Twinan Dance to the beat, a well constructed dog but a little much for me overall. Head has correct width and flat skull, round eyes and correct muzzle length. Long strong neck into a well laid shoulder and return of upperarm. Well boned which is straight. Firm level topline and moves true in all directions. 

Post Grad

1st Twinan Rising Star at Highashes, 18 mths Clean lines, head of correct width and flat skull, Round eyes and moderate stop. I would like a little more fill under the eye, long neck into a well laid shoulder, firm enough topline with correct tailset. Balanced angles moves true going away but could be cleaner coming towards.

1st Gorsebern Mister Twister, Appealed for overall balance. Head is still developing and needs to break but had a slight furrow and defined stop. Dark almond eyes, high set triangular ears, strong muscular neck into a sloping shoulder. Compact in body with level topline and deep chest. Strong hocks and good width of second thigh. round tight feet. Moves true coming and going with enough reach and drive. 

2nd Etterbern Gozan To Stepashar, much more raw than one however excellent type. he is at that bum high stage in his development however that will even out with age. Head is of correct type with flat skull and well defined stop. Strong muzzle, dark almond eye, strong muscular neck into a slopping shoulder and level topline. correct croup. Moves true going away but front still needs to settle when coming towards. 

Post Grad 

1st Malindibeach Catier, balanced female, almost 2 yrs, Skull is flat but I would like more width and fill under the eye. Eyes are dark almond in shape. Strong neck into a well laid shoulder, level topline with correct tail and croup. Balanced angles moving true coming and going. 

Open 

1st Meadowlark Sunshine Blend, super male for type. 5 yrs old, balanced and workmanlike. Head is strong with flat skull and correct width, slight furrow with a well defined stop. Dark almond eye and strong jaw. Strong medium neck into a sloping shoulder with enough return of upperarm. Strong firm topline with correct tailset. Moves true in all directions.

1st Lenders Spring Tide, 3 yrs male, Head correct length but I would like more width, moderate stop and strong jaw. Oval medium in colour eyes. strong neck into a reasonable shoulder and firm topline slightly sloping croup. Pastern could be more firm, well arched feet. Moves true going away but could be cleaner towards. Shown in ex condition.

Puppy 

1st Woudbear Truly Madly Deeply Mileoak 7 mths male on a raw stage but balanced in shape, head still breaking and developing, eyes dark with tight rims. Defined stop and correct muzzle length. Long arched neck into a decent shoulder and return of upperarm. Firm level topline with correct tailer. Moves true coming and going just needs time to strengthen all over. 

PWD

Open 

1st Ch Rare Captain Curl Macduff JW, well presented male in excellent order. Robust and well balanced. Head is large with correct defined occiput. Defined stop, dark round eyes set correctly and dark rims. strong well muscled neck into a well laid shoulder and decent return of upper. Topline firm and level. Tail set correct. Moves true going away but could be cleaner towards. correct round feet. showed a light quick gait. An honest well balanced male who appealed greatly in outline.

Junior

1st Philoma The Professional, G Sch judged this male as a puppy and he has come on well in outline and is maturing well. He is clean in outline showing some strength. Head of correct planes and width of skull. Dark eyes and strong muzzle. Long clean neck into a decent shoulder and enough return of upperarm. Topline is hard and firm with correct tail and croup. Moves true going away but could be cleaner towards. Uses himself well in profile but tended to be a little rushed in profile movement. 

Post Grad

1st Hightimbers Oreo Cookie, Howavart, 3 yrs Balanced honest type of female, head correct width and length with medium colour eye. Slight stop. Clean neck into a well laid shoulder. Topline could be firmer. Tailset is correct. Moves soundly in all directions. Feet tight but pasterns could be firmer. 

St Bernard

Post Grad 

1st Streillys Hugo Boss, Appeals in initial outline, a little shorter in body than required for ratios. Head is large with a short strong muzzle, flat cheek and medium tight eyes. Arched strong neck into a decent shoulder and return of upperarm. Firm level topline, although croup slopes more than i would like and tailset could be lower. Moves true coming and going but would like more extension in profile. 

Working Group 

1st Evrussky Black Widow, appealed greatly for her open side gait which she made the most of. Large and imposing, strong and well muscled. Head is correct width and rounded cheekbones, pronounced eyebrows. Skull is flat with parallel planes. Strong deep muzzle, dark oval eyes with high set ears. Long arched neck into a well laid shoulder and correct return of upperarm. Firm topline with correct high wither. Balanced angles fore and aft. Moves true out and back with a free open, ground covering profile which you could watch all day. 

2nd PWD

3rd,Mal, Strong well boned male who is imposing and impressive. Creates an excellent outline head correct length with tight black lips. Dark eyes and erect triangular ears. Strong moderate neck into a well laid shoulder. Topline still needs to firm with a correct croup and C shape plum of tail. Moves true with power and drive. 

4th G.Sch

Puppy Group 

1st Sib, very eye catching easy on the eye female. Super clean outline and moves very efficiently. Head is foxy in appearance with correct eye and ear. Clean cheek and wedge skull. Long arch neck into a well laid shoulder and correct return of upperarm. to be ultra critical I would like a little more length of upperarm. Firm level topline with correct tailset. Move true coming and going. Won this group with plenty to spare. 

2nd Mal, super type female who is correctly raw at this stage of development but I’m sure she will be another champion in the making for this kennel. Moves true, smart firm body with correct plum tail. Head correct length with dark eye and lip rims. moderate strong neck into a firm topline. 

3rd Dobe, creates a clean outline Head correct length with a dark eye. Planes still settling. Long clean arch neck into a decent shoulder and return of upperarm. Topline is firm but a little sweepy. Correct tailset and croup. Moves true coming and going showing enough drive and reach in profile. 

4th Bullmastiff Well bodied male, square head with clean cheeks. topline level and firm. well boned. Feet could be tight and shows as he moves towards. Moved true.
