Thank you to the committee for the invitation, to the stewards - Morgan & John for their excellent efficiency and to the exhibitors for their entries and providing a lovely atmosphere at this well run open show.

Puppy Dog (1.0)

Wrights Shullian Sovereign Star. A lovely shaded red puppy to start the day, at 9 mths old he’s well grown, balanced and upstanding with an impressive broad strong head, thick rounded tipped ears, correctly set oval eyes and good pigment. I liked his strong bone & level topline which he held firm on the move . A very confident and alert boy who showed himself off really well, beautifully presented in good harsh coat. Stacked himself perfectly four square on cat like feet to show off his square, compact frame, his high set full tail finished off a very nice outline. I think he has a promising future . Best Puppy D

Novice Dog (1.0)

Godber’s Lechan Mr Sandman. A pleasing head on this 18 mth old shaded red , correct flat skull, strong muzzle and enough furrow. Thick ears and dark eyes. He’s strong through the neck and has well muscled shoulders, chest is deep and his forelimbs are straight with enough bone . Shown with an abundance of coarse textured stand off coat. Moved sound with the correct effortless pendulum action required and held his topline firm. Nicely handled .

Post grad Dog (2.0)

Squire’s Siamdel Charlie Chaplin at Kyong The smaller of the 2 in this class, a 23 mths old shaded red who appealed for size, balance and type . I liked his strong well padded muzzle, correct pigment and bite , stong neck, full well set tail and his full coat . Pasterns could be stronger but he has decent feet .

2. Allen’s Randell Lemon Drop Kid. A big tall boy with good bone, catlike feet and a full coat . Shame he was reluctant to move today and never got out of a walk so it was impossible to properly assess his movement.

Limit Dog(3,0)

Spaniard’s Charids King of Hearts A compact red 4yr old shown in a super coat of good texture and strong colour, I liked his size, balance and compact body, super full tail which is set on high and neat well knuckled feet . He has clean well set, oval eyes and the required furrow. He scored over 2 with his square, more balanced outline.

Oliveria’s Jodoka The Fool. Taller and longer cast than 1. I liked the strong masculine head on this shaded red 2yr old, he has a flat broad skull, correct broad well padded muzzle , dark eye . Plenty of stand-off coat and a full tail . A powerful proud male who moved soundly .
