Thank you so much to the Scottish Toy Dog Society for inviting me to judge their Premier Open Show on the 12th October 2025. Many thanks to the hard working committee for the hospitality and exhibitors for their support. Also my hardworking stewards . I was delighted to hear my BOB Cavaliers King Charles Spaniels was group 3 for BIS . Group 3 BPIS was my Havanese BP & my BV Havanese went reserve BVIS. CKSC P/D (2,0) Mrs I& C Prices 1st Toraylac Cosmopolitan Blenheim . .11 month old showing lots of promise, nice head still developing , soft expression with a large dark expressive eyes. Nice black pigment , . Moderate neck slightly arched, well laid shoulders , Level top line ,short coupled . Moderate bone,BPD Good tail set. Nicely marked with a rich chestnut . 2nd IA & J Gibbs-Stuart Narayden Presley at Tanglewood), 7 month Black & Tan very much a baby with lots of time . Loved his size and the makings of a nice coat , Raven Black , bright tan in all the right places. Large dark eye as you would expect at this age , head needs to develop and movement needs to settle . A nice puppy . J/D (0) L/D (5,0) 1st Mrs S I Eccles Llapsttam Get Knotted. 2 1/2 year old B/T , skull almost Flat , shallow stop,well filled below eyes. Large dark eyes, high set ears well fringed framing a beautiful expression. Excellent bite . Neck of Moderate length , well laid shoulders. Movement very free with drive, good turn of stifle His is a raven black with rich tan markings in Excellent condition.BD. 2nd Mrs L Gow Legolas Aldaha Gold At Lyncrage, Blenheim with a lovely expression & head of correct proportions. good turn of stifle and well let down hocks moved with drive . Well marked coat with rich chestnut marking on a pearly white . Liked this boy very much. O/D (6,1)Hamilton & F& D Hogg, Kringleholme Continental well marked Blenheim , rich chestnut on a pearly white background. Masculine lovely headed 2 1/2 year old boy , ears long well feathered framing lovely expressive eyes, straight legs , moderate bone , good top line on the move & standing with a well set tail . Lots to like . 2nd D & E Slack Dalvereck In Dreams For Eversables. 3 1/2 year old Blen. Well broken markings , not as positive in movement as 1st perhaps just carrying a tad to much weight. Never the less a nice expression with expressive eyes nicely set ears framing his face . VD/B (7,0) A tough class because I love the seeing the oldies strut their stuff and enjoying their day out .1st Grajenco Macchiato At Lyncraig 10 year old Ruby girl. A nice size, very feminine pretty headed girl with beautiful expressive eyes, nicely set ears that framed her face. Moved sprightly around the ring showing off her level top line and well set tail. 2nd Marisa Greatest showman at Cavallino 7.1/2 year old boy lovely rich colour , happy boy who really enjoyed been in the ring , living up to his name , moved well . P/B (1/0) 1st k price Torylac Celestial of Kircyan 11 month tri , stood alone but a worthy winner. Well marked tri with tan in all the correct places . Feminine head and a pleasing overall shape .coat coming through nicely , good bite , lovely dark eye , correct tail set , nice level top line .needs time to mature but certainly showing lots of promise. Delighted to award BPB & BP. J/B (5,1) M Craney, Sweetbriar Moonstone 17 months Blen bitch. Caught my eye on entering the ring , a lovely rich chestnut , with the prettiest of expressions , large dark eyes, almost flat skull , correct scissor bite , medium neck into well laid shoulders , straight legs, tucked in well, moved with purpose around the ring showing off her lovely outline and level top line & tailset . A very happy girl who was showing her heart out for her handler .B/B & BOB . Followed by Group 3 For BIS. 2nd Hamilton & Hoggs Invincible Angel Magic Oak at Hamhoggs , A quality girl , pleasing head , nice dark eye , correct bite , moderate knock , good layback . Level top-line, moved well , shown in excellent condition one I am sure will do well . LB (6/2) 1st/ 2nd same as JB. OB (2/1) 1st same as J/B & L/B. King Charles Spaniel no entries Bichon Frise , limit , (3,2) 1st Reid’s, Wolimorb Cosmic Star Over Dixido 2 year old male . Nice type super outline. Correct ratio of head to muzzle , head in balance with body , eye dark round , with correct dark rims , dark Halos, eyes forward facing, showing no white. Perfect bite correct length of ear. Coat of correct fine silky texture , gleaming white . Level top-line on the move and standing , free easy movement. BOB Open (2/1) 1st Pearlwhite Amazing Grace 3 year old Male , Head correct ratio , nice round dark eye with dark rims. Correct bite and coat texture , correct tail carriage . Moved positively keeping a good topline , and tail carriage. A worthy 1st place , Just prefered the slightly smaller, limit winner for the BOB. Bolognese No Entries Coton De Tulear (1,1) Havanese Puppy (1/0) Russell ‘s Dyffrysands Ziggy’s Way To Claravl 9 month black & White bitch. Correct 50/50 head to muzzle ratio , slightly rounded , correct ear placement, nice dark eye with black rims and correct Almond shape. Length of leg from floor to elbow & elbow to point shoulder of equal length. The length body just slightly longer than height measured from point of shoulder to point of buttock.. Level top-line , with slight rise over the loin with a good tuck up. Medium bone , a happy mover , which given time will settle . A pretty puppy showing promise .BPIB & Delighted she was selected for Group 3 for BPIS P/G (4/0) 1st Holliday Pandaprints Fantasy 2 year old male . Sable male , with a profuse coat . Once you get your hands under the coat he is much smaller than he looks . He as a masculine head , correct ratio to muzzle , dark large almond eyes , correct dark pigmentation . Medium length of neck.A good depth of rib with forelegs placed correctly , elbows well tucked in. Movement sound .happy to award BOB.2nd Mckellar’s Wizzizz Efenity’n Beyond.3 1/2 year old cream & White male. A very typical havanese, not has masculine as some males , but a lovely little boy that’s still some maturing to do. His movement is positive , he has the correct head ratio , lovely dark pigment , correct tuck up & rise . Coat still maturing . Open (3,0) 1st Gunn’s Newtonwood Crazy For Love To Havahope 4 year old Red/ white male .nicely balanced , for type , head of correct proportions, eye dark almond shape , movement sound & positive .2nd halliday’s Casovona 6 year old sable male. Another with a profuse coat , slightly bigger in proportions , very masculine head, nice eye and pigmentation . Movement ok. Veteran 1st Gunn’s CH Janabear Dance Of The Knight 7 year old cream male , A nice dog I have seen many times from the ring , nice size , correct head , dark almond Eye everything in moderation , correct height to length ratio, movement positiveBVIB & delighted to hear he was awarded RBVIS .2nd Gunn’s Dianaia’s Beautiful Day. Another that I have had the pleasure to watch ringside grow from a lovely puppy to a very attractive adult. She is the correct size and shape , Excelent movement, but according her owner much prefers to stay home with her Daddy than strut her stuff at the shows. Had to give way to her kennel mate today.
