German Wirehaired Pointer

Junior 1 Ovetil T Roseberry. Upstanding male. Good for size and shape. Masculine. A little strong in head for me but with lovely eye and ear placement. Well made through. Good jacket. Very sound on the move and lovely in profile. 2. Reajeager Stieg. Rather raw at this stage and needs some time to mature. Beautiful head and expression. Needs to fill out and mature. Would prefer him to be ribbed further back. Long in loin. Good hindquarters. Typical jacket.

Graduate 1 Ijildez Vom Holstef at Ovetil. Quality bitch of good breed type. Pleased me for size and overall shape. Pleasing head with good dark eye. Correct head proportions. Correct high set ear. Good length of neck into good shoulders. Nice bone and feet. Deep through. A fraction long in loin. Correct jacket. Moved well.

Labrador Retriever

Puppy Dog 1. Centenalee Bailey. Typey yellow male. Pleasing head with good breadth of skull and pleasing head proportions. Nice eye and well placed ears. Good neck into well placed shoulders and overall a nice front assembly. Good breadth to his chest at this age. Correct bone and nice feet. Good coat with excellent undercoat. Won here on his overall proportions. Good tail. Moved well although could be a little tidier going away. 2. Exelby The Sovereigns Orb. Chocolate. Nice for size. A little strong in his head for me. Pleasing strong neck and good topline. Correct tail set. Good spring of rib. Moderate hind angulation. Moved ok. Not in the best of jackets today.

Graduate Dog 1. Landebec Ventura. Have judged this well made yellow previously and awarded him highly. I am really pleased to see how he is maturing nicely. Well balanced through with a super head and expression. In good body and the best of coats. Good otter tail which is well clothed. Good rear. Moved well. 2. Seatallan Damson. Black. Nice type with a lovely head which is clearly male but not overdone. Good eye. Has super bone and feet. Good hindquarters with well turned stifle. A fraction longer cast than 1 and not quite the tail set. Moved very soundly.

Limit Dog 1. Landebec Ventura. Winner of Graduate.

Open Dog 1. Devonshires Yelloestone at Mariank. Well known to me. Exuberant yellow. Good dog with many qualities to admire. Really pleasing head of good proportions and very good pigment. Good eye and ear. Well bodied and well ribbed up. Topline is good. Super tail and tail set. When settled he moved very well. When I last judged him I was not keen on his feet, clearly his owner has worked on this as they were so much better today. BOB. 2. Landebec Ventura.

Puppy Bitch 1. Exelby Cullinan Diamond. Nice promising bitch who appealed for type. Good head which has breadth to the skull and has a strong muzzle without in any way being anything but feminine. Good neck and shoulder. Good width and breadth to her chest. Pleasing topline and underline. Good bone and feet, just tend to stand a little with her feet not quite parallel. Moved ok. Good tail well used. 2. Danrru Olyimpia’s Iris Star. Nice for size and balance. Good bone and substance. Well-made forehand and good hind angulation. For me I preferred the head on 1. Moved well but would prefer her to carry her tail a little lower.

Graduate Bitch 1. Serengoch’s Nine to Five at Ruember’s. Quality chocolate. Pleasing head, good neck and shoulder and quality forehand. Good rib. Super bone and feet. Good overall shape. In good jacket. Sound on the move. 2. Landebec Villanelle. This is a nice bitch who has yet to fulfil her potential. Liked her as a puppy for type and overall proportions and balance which is unchanged. Needs to finish in head although has time. Nice pigment and good eye. Lovely topline, tail set and rear. Would like a fraction more angulation in the front. Moved well.

Limit Bitch. 1 Rhythm Lacey at Ruember’s. Chocolate. Not a small bitch and would be prefer a little less of her overall but nice proportions and has a pleasing head and expression. Good front and good bone. Nice topline and tail set. A little matronly in underline. Good hind quarters. Moved soundly.

Open Bitch 1. Stand By Me of Misty Dreams. Quality yellow bitch with a lovely head and typical desired expression. Good eye and well sized and set ears. Good bone and tight foot Well ribbed. Short coupled and good rear. Would prefer a fraction more length of upper arm to be critical. Good topline and typical tail. In super jacket and good hard condition. Moved well both ways.

Spanish Water Dog

Graduate 1. Rainethyme Rewrite The Rules For Chanderhill. I was immediately impressed by this smart 9 month old br/w male. He scored for his overall outline and shape. Has the correct head proportions with correctly shaped eye of good colour. Well set ears. Good front with good strong bone and tight foot. Short neck into correctly angled shoulders. Level. Well sprung, good depth of chest and with good overall proportions. Nice hind quarters with good second thigh. Moved soundly. Wouldn’t want him much bigger. Liked him very much. BP and BOB. Pleased to heat that he won BPIS and BIS under Miss Roffey later in the day.

Open 1. Pabiaggas Sergio Sinduda Parti. Smart male of pleasing size and overall shape. Nice head piece with correct sull to muzzle ratios. Good oval eye and neat well-set ears. Good muscular neck. Good shoulder. Nice front with good bone. Nice body proportions. Very good and correct coat. Moved well in front but could be better going away. 2. Chanderhill Eagle Eye Sinduda. Quality brown with much to admire. Another with good head and overall body proportions. Good front, correct bone and feet. Well ribbed. Good topline. Could be a little tidier going away. Pleasing side gait.
