1st Fletcher’s Mickleview Layla - A promising 10-month-old of excellent type and balance. with a nicely curved topline and clean outline. Good depth of chest, moved soundly with lightness and purpose, carrying a happy, confident attitude. One to watch as he matures. BP

2nd Scott’s Mickleview Harvest Moon. - A larger-framed dog who presented a pleasing picture. Not quite the overall balance and finish of the winner but still of good breed type. Good head and expression, dark pigment, and a strong topline. Good shoulder placement, depth of chest, and a straight front. Moved out freely, showing confidence.

1st Fletcher’s Sharnor Sultan of Spica. - Won on overall balance and breed type. A quality exhibit who moved soundly with a light, easy stride. Good pigment, dark eye, and a pleasing outline with depth of chest and straight front legs. Good feet, good pads, and a moderate rear end. BOB

2nd Wilkinson’s Maristella Mitena among Durhamiites – A shapely dog of pleasing type. Good proportions with clean head. Deep chest, good rear end, and strong forelegs. Neat feet and good pads. Moved out well with purpose and drive.

1st Bussey’s Trevelyans Unzip You Got This (Imp Nld)- Gave the handler a hard time today. A dog of lovely type, balance and good in profile with correct topline, deep chested, and a moderate rear end. Moved well, showing clean, light action.

2nd Ross & Creggan’s Mactufts Nanny Mcfee - Well-balanced bitch who appealed for her overall appearance. Feminine head with good proportions. Good bone, deep chested. Moderate rear end. Sound mover.

2nd Hall’s Geordiestaff Local Hero - Strong, well-made dog with good head proportions, correct stop and dark pigment. Well-set ears, tight feet, deep chest and wide, well-muscled forequarters. Good rear angulation. Moved well.

1st Rutherford’s Carisco Careless Wispa. - Good type with a lovely head. Well-finished furnishings and a strong, balanced outline. Correct topline and tailset, with a harsh coat of proper texture. Straight front with well-laid shoulders, deep chest, and good spring of rib. Moved freely. BOB

2nd Rutherford’s Carisco Winter Solstice - Black dog of good colour with a neat finish. Prick ears, dark pigment, and good spring of rib. Straight forelegs and well-coupled body giving correct outline. Settled and moved OK, though lacking the overall finish of the class winner.

3rd Vallally’s Bokoppie Black Star.

1st Dodds’ Droverlaw Remember My Name. A lovely youngster shown to advantage at her first show. Feminine head with excellent eye shape and colour. Prick ears correctly set and carried. Good body proportions, straight forelegs, and tight, well-padded feet. Harsh coat of correct texture. Tail well set and of good carriage. Moved out freely. BP & BOB

1st Donnelly’s Calavey’s Abu. Smart happy two-year-old dog with a harsh, weather-resistant coat. Masculine head with clean neck and strong topline. Good forehand, deep chest, and correct bite. Moderate rear angulation, moved soundly and with purpose. BOB

2nd Davison’s Tamedale Aurora - A feminine bitch of pleasing quality, Correct head and expression, with clean neck and shoulders. Good legs and feet. Moved out steadily but tends to lose her topline on the move.

2nd Fodden’s Leyfinds Stormzy Star – Larger framed dog who gave handler a hard time. Masculine head with prick ears and an alert expression. Deep chest, well sprung ribs, strong quarters, and clean lines. Moved steadily.

Good neck and shoulders, leading into a correct tail set and carriage. Straight front, deep chest, and well-sprung ribs for age. Moderate rear angulation and excellent cat-like feet. Moved out well, maintaining shape and style both in stance and on the move. A very impressive young Westie with a bright future ahead. BP & BOB

Deep chest, correct topline, moderate body, and correct tail set. Good front and cat-like feet, moving with composure and ring presence. A very worthy winner.

2nd Pearson’s Winoski Aemond - Cesky Terrier. Masculine, balanced dog with clean head, good furnishings, dark eye, and high-set ears. Straight forelegs, good upper arm, and firm feet. Not happy on the move.

2nd Foody’s Cairteila Look At Me Now. - Another quality exhibit, slightly smaller framed but well made all through. Excellent front and rear, with deep chest and good spring of ribs. Good rear angulation. Good coat curls and texture. Moved well, maintaining a steady and purposeful stride

2nd Snook’s Moorbrook Mogul Of March - A blue belton with a nice head and pleasing expression. Long, arched neck and good spring of ribs. Good rear angulation, short loin, and moderate rear end. Moved freely with a level topline.
