1st Pullen & Atkin’s Covarney Pickpocket at Jacingail Five-year-old dog of masculine type. Strong masculine head with dark eye and good planes. Clean, well-arched neck leading into a good topline and correct tailset. Deep chest with good forechest. Moved well but was lacking drive today. Handler tends to overstretch him when standing, which detracts from his outline. BOB

1st Burrage’s Lojza Garex (IMP CZE) Nearly 18-month-old of pleasing type. Good head proportions with well-developed furnishings. Clean neck into a good topline. Excellent front and rear quarters with good spring of rib. Correct tailset. Silky coat of nice texture. Was not happy today and handler would benefit from slowing down on the move.

2nd Hoskisson & Hinds’ Fabio z Meduňkové Stráně NAF TAF Six-month-old Dandie Dinmont at his first show. Lovely head with good proportions for age and charming expression. Dark pigment and lovely furnishings. Good body proportions for age. Movement initially hesitant, but with encouragement, he moved well, showing improved confidence.

Straight front with tight feet and good pads. Well-bent stifles and strong rear quarters. Good tailset and carriage. Soft, harsh-textured coat. Moved out well.

2nd Hoskisson & Hinds’ Lancelot Laird Rannech – Dandie Dinmont Terrier - Dog of pleasing type. Good head with correct proportions, dark eye and nose, and well-developed furnishings. Excellent front assembly with good forechest. Moderate bend of stifle and strong rear quarters. Moved out well.

1st Mills’ Lairdship Lickety Split - Dandie Dinmont of excellent type. Strong, well-proportioned head with dark eye and nose, good furnishings and a kind expression. Clean, slightly arched neck into well-laid shoulders. Substantial bone with an excellent front and feet, and a well-developed forechest. Ample rib and a typical, excellent topline. Harsh, correct coat. Moved out best in the class with true Dandie action.

2nd Grimes & Watson’s Keevasdream Purple Bliss for Spudler Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier of excellent overall type. Correct head with folded, high-set ears and dark pigment. Clean, short neck into a balanced outline. Excellent front and rear assembly. Deep chest with good spring of rib. Correct tailset and carriage. Soft, silky coat. Moved out exuberantly, would benefit from slowing down.

Deep chest with well-sprung ribs. Moderate, well-muscled rear end. Harsh coat of correct texture. Stunning on the move which won her this class.

Deep chest with well-sprung ribs and correct, level topline. Strong, well-angulated rear assembly. Moved out exceptionally well, showing true breed style and confidence. Thrilled to learn she later went BVIS.

2nd Mitchell’s Chedanstaff Devil Star ShCEx Smart SBT of correct type. Balanced head with dark eye and nose, giving the typical alert and kindly expression. Clean neck into a well-laid shoulder and correct front width. Level topline flowing into a well-muscled, moderately angulated rear. Deep chest and strong bone. Moved out with true Terrier style, showing drive and purpose.
