Bloodhound

Open – 1 entry

1st – Priestley’s Marksbury Railway of Quikotic – 2yr old male with an excellent head, clean with good eyes, correct set and length of ear, strong neck leading into very well laid back shoulders, strong straight limbs and super feet. Rear angulation good. Covered the ground with ease in profile, a little untidy behind going away but still young and time to tighten. BOB

Greyhounds

Limit – 2 entries

1st – Sawyer’s Inchydoney Memories Une Virgin Mary Avec Stonelow (IMP FRA) JW – 2yr fawn bitch who I judged as a puppy and I am pleased to see is fulfilling her early promise. Good head and neck leading into good shoulders. Deep ribbing giving her ample heart and lung room. Balanced angulation fore and aft, moves with some drive and looks good in profile. RBOB

2nd – Prince & Ballentine’s Westview Puddles – 6yr old brindle bitch, a little fine but fit for purpose and very sound on the move. In excellent condition with clearly defined muscles.

Open – 3 entries, 2 absent

1st – Harrison-Stratford’s CH Southpoint Niemeyer at Highwick (IMP PRT) – Fawn and white 3yr old impressive male, big lad with an excellent head and neck, good ribbing extending well back, strong loin. Balanced angulation. Moved soundly covering the ground well. BOB

Special Open Racing/Lure Coursing – 6 entries, 3 absent

1st – Prince & Ballentine’s Westview Puddles - as limit

2nd – Brown’s Bridgeview Patch – Brindle & white 9yr old male with an excellent head, good length of neck leading into well angulated shoulders. Good ribbing and depth of chest, moved soundly but could use more drive from behind.

Irish Wolfhounds

Puppy – 1 entry

1st - Harris’ Haziannes Knights Templar at Sullyenda – 6month old dog who is a real baby with lots of growing and maturing to do. Good head with excellent eye, good length of neck, good front angulation, correct ribbing. Rear needs some time to coordinate especially on the move. BPIB

Junior – 1 entry, 1 absent

Post Graduate – 3 entries, 1 absent

1st – Kelly’s Bonaforte’s Zippity Do – 3 yr old wheaten male with a good head and neck, good ribbing. Balanced front and rear angulation. Moved soundly from all angles with good reach and drive. BOB

2nd – Dawson’s Hydebeck Tyme To Love at Graefyn – Softer coated male with a good head and ear. Excellent for size. Good angulation but a little narrow through on the move. RBOB
