I would like to thank the committee for my judging appointment and their hospitality I had a great day despite the weather trying to spoil things it was great to be outside regardless of weather with great size rings and lastly to the exhibitors for accepting my decisions in the sporting manner they did.

1/ O'Dowd ,Mrs D & Mr M -- Teverlarni into the groove - this lady stood alone but a lot to like she gave his handler a hard time but settled ,head just for his age ,well off for bone and substance, correct top line with slight rise over croup ,good angles all round a bit loose but to be expected for a youngster but still very sound ,covered the ground well (BEST PUPPY) & PUPPY GROUP 4

2/ Brown & Burns ,Mr R & MISS A -- Magregor super nude around pothouse - this fella was unlucky to meet his litter mate in such good form presented an overall super picture plenty of substance very much fit for function a credit to his owners ,beautiful head with plenty masculinity coming through ,super dark eye ,clean lines through his neck ,well put together front excellent shoulders and angles chest well down and ribbed nicely back to a strong loin ,correct tail set and equally well angulated behind without being overdone moved ok gave his handler a hard time

1/ Chandler ,Mrs A - Chanangel Music of the night - a 4-year-old bitch stood alone but not to be outdone ,well balanced and well-constructed female head showing medium length and good fluting between her almond shaped eyes with excellent chiselling to her zygomatic arch Lovely soft expression excellent length and ear placement, strong in neck that flowed into her well laid shoulders good depth of chest and spring to ribs ,well off for muscle throughout which was seen over her loin ,correct top line and croup placement rear and front angulation matched her rear moved very well coming and going handled very well BEST OF BREED

2/ Casey ,RJ - Tigerrock lit De roses with willowmeana - 4 year old bitch very unlucky to meet my first place in such top form ,sweet expression she has a good reach of neck without any throatiness .legs are well boned and feet are firm and cat like she used front and rear quarters to move soundly round the ring

1/ Isherwood ,MRS ,JL - SHCH Gunalt Schweppes at caleydene JW -super dog loved him gave his handler a hard time today ,he has a superb head and expression it leads into a clean neck and runs down to his well-constructed front end ,held his top line both on the stack and on the move which he did effortlessly and covered the ground very well a credit to his owner shown it top class condition but today he was a bit off but still couldn't be overlooked pleased to award BEST OF BREED 

2/ Brierley ,Miss L - TATZE silver solstice- this bitch was balanced in outline excelled in front ,level back ,head of super type ,feminine but with loads of substance moved with ok a bit uneasy today but shown in super hard condition

1/ Colton ,Mrs PM - Romanmyle Box of Delights-( English Setter )- 10-month blue bitch still a bit raw but I'm sure will mature given time long and lean feminine head with a lovely dark eye which complimented her coat very well ,excellent square finish to muzzle ,very appealing amount of chiselling under eye of oval shape ,her ears were set on low and close to her long lean neck ,good angulation fore and aft ,well off for bone ,well sprung ribs and strength to loin giving rise to a flat top line .good tail set muscle coming through just correct in upper and second thigh well angulated in rear for age moved well pleased to award BEST PUPPY & PUPPY GROUP 3 

2/ McDowell ,Mr A & Mrs S - Byedales Inspector Clueso - (English Setter)- 6 month tri male gave his handler a bit of a time today but just a baby a lot to like and I'm sure given time will do well good bone and substance ,growing nicely typical head and eye with soft expression developing in body moved ok
