At just over 6 months old and new to the ring, still developing into himself, nice proportions, and ease of span. Coat harshish and getting dense, moved well in places for his first show

A bitch of 22 months old stood well on table with long and powerful head, dropped ears and dark brown expressive eyes. Well prepared double coat, shaping the body well, moved straight and free around the ring 

Class 157 Open (1 entry / 0 absent) 

1st Taylor, Mrs S, Verumamicus Drusus 

Nearly 2 year old dog, good strong powerful masculine headset, dark eyes and well set ears. Hard outercoat presented well today, broad shoulders paired with strong hind quarters allowed him to move with straight gait and drive around the ring. Nice pair of Skye’s preferred the drive of the bitch today.

1st Rudd, Mr MA, Digelsa Dark Velvet ShCex  

Have had the pleasure of judging this 7 and a bit year old bitch a few times and she is lovely and feminine. Good overall type with nice markings, small V-shaped ears set, dark almond shaped eye, seemed a little tight on movement today not quiet holding her lines in the ring

1st Phillips, Mrs S, Geordiestoon Queen of Fury 

A 15 month old brindle bitch loved the maturity shown for a dog so young. Good width and depth of skull, with a strong muzzle of correct proportions. Dark eyes that gave her a very endearing expression, a good strong underjaw and clean in the lip, good width to her clean straight front and enough bone, strong neck leading into correct shoulders, good angulation front and rear when correctly stacked. Strength in fore and hind quarters, moved well in the ring.  

2nd Hagan, Ms R & Mr J, Kahamaia Auckland 

19 month old bitch with feminine head shape with a nice expression, round eyes, good muzzle length, well balanced throughout, Fore quarters well boned, topline level, rear angulation correct, well defined 1st thigh, moved well in ring and in good condition. Close call between these two today.

1st Phillips, Mr A, Geordiestoon Agamemnon  

Another 15 month old brindle this time a dog. Stood alone in class but there was something today that made him stand out. Strong dog with head of good proportions, good width and depth, good skull to muzzle ratio. Eyes dark, ears well set, short powerful neck flowing into correct lay of shoulder. Well boned, and enough width to a decent straight front and good depth of brisket. Front and rear angulation giving him the best movement on the day from a good quality group of SBT.

Bitch of 3 and a bit year, nice feminine headset, balance overall and carry herself well around the ring but would have liked to see more drive, coat harsh and tidy.

1st Bell, Miss J & Miss EF, Maxmadadh Midsummer Mojito 

A maturing 2 and a bit year old dog, displaying a compact, and shapely build with a level topline, and muscular fore and hind quarters. Good headset, small, erect ears. Sufficient length of neck, with well laid shoulders. Short back with a good and good tail set. Moved well around the ring giving the edge today.

15 month old dog, has a masculine well proportioned and balanced headset with medium sized round eyes, good ears. Good length to height ratio, good rib development, deep chest, firm loin. Movement was free, with good drive holding a level topline.

Well shown and handled 8 year old good for size and pear shaped head, coat in reasonable linty condition, moved ok around the ring with slight mincing but may drive better with better trimmed nails.
