Junior Dog (2):
1st Morris & Evans’ Beanalrem Gwyndu, promising youngster, displaying a nice outline and correct head & body proportions. Masculine head, good eye and ears, strong mouth, good neck & shoulders, with straight well boned forelegs and good chest depth. Firm topline and good tail set which he holds well on the move. Needs to strengthen on hind movement.
2nd. Mallinson & McLaughlin’s Woodybrook Guy. (Repeat)
Special Yearling Dog (2, 1w):
1st. Robson’s Glenquin Major At Yohenoak. Well up to size, lovely masculine head, strong muzzle, correct stop and slightly rounded skull, with correct beard and eyebrows. Correct front and feet of good bone and substance, deep chested, nice topline, well ribbed back, good tail carriage, moved well.
Post Graduate Dog (2, 1a):
1st Johnston’s Glenquin The General. So balanced and strong, having a pleasing outline on the stack. Well balanced and proportioned masculine head with good eye shape and colour and ear set. Good depth of chest and spring of rib, short coupled. He held a good topline and correct tail carriage both standing and on the move. Strong and well angulated hindquarters, good harsh jacket. Very sound mover.
Limit Dog (3):
1st Turnbull’s Glenquin The Colonel At Elagram. Sporting a handsome head with correct planes and proportions, good length to the foreface and dark eye. Would like to see more chest on him, good spring to the ribs. Nicely boned and well arched toes. Correct topline and tuck-up, strong hindquarters with good width of thigh and bend of stifle. Shown in a harsh jacket. A positive mover showing power, reach and drive.
2nd Toynebee-Smith’s Bareve Bronski Beat. Very lovely head, good eye and ear placements, strong neck and well placed shoulders. Needs to strengthen on pasterns, would have preferred a better pigment on nose. Preferred winner on front feet and movement.

Special Beginners Dog (1)
1st: Mallinson & McLaughlin’s Woodybrook Guy. (repeat)
Junior Bitch: (2,1a):
1st Vine & Hassel’s Beabalren Grapevine. A feminine bitch with a pleasing head and a dark shaped eye that contributes to a soft, typical expression. Clean neck that flows into well-laid shoulders and a nicely ribbed body. While generally well balanced, I would prefer more length in body to improve overall proportions. Her rear is moderate but functional, with a well-set tail that was carried correctly on the move.
Special Yearling Bitch (3,1a):
1st Cox’s Ijidez Vom Holstef At Ovetil. A feminine bitch with a pleasing head and a dark shaped eye and correct ear placement that gives out a soft, typical expression, this girl had the best head in this class. Clean neck that flows into well-laid shoulders and a nicely ribbed body. She tends to loose her topline when moving. Had the better hind quarters from the two, good thigh width and bend of stifle.
2nd Cox’s Ida Vom Holstef At Ovetil. Good head proportions, a bit too stocky in neck today, and was also a bit too wide at the front. Would have preferred a better height to length ratio on this one. Her rear is moderate but functional, with a well-set tail that was carried correctly on the move.
