What a promising 8 month old. Refined head of good length with that essential soft expression. Well off for bone but still feminine through. Good width and depth to her chest for her age. Well-developed quarters with good bend of stifle and super muscle tone. She moved well. Went onto PG4.
Junior (1)
1 Berry and Morris’ Riverbrue Mystique avec Brinara
Pretty 14month b with good head proportions and dark eyes. Clean long neck and good layback of shoulder. She has a good width of thigh and used this to move freely and confidently.

1 Cole’s Riverbrue Ophelia Bobby
Well developed three year old in good coat. Good head with defined stop and low set ears. Well boned front. He has good depth to his chest and is well ribbed back. Firm over the couplings and with good rear angulation. Looked well here. Reserve BoB
2 Berry, Morris and Fitzmaurice’s Brinara Country Boy
Another mature boy with plenty going for him. Refined in head with good length of muzzle and dark eyes. Well developed in quarters. I just preferred the length of rib of the winner here.

Quality boy form any angle. Not surprised that he carries his title already. Presents a lovely outline with elegance but still has substance and masculinity. Well-proportioned head with correct stop and low set ears. Clean neck of good length leads into a straight, well boned front. His elbows nicely tucked in. Deep in chest and firm in top line, he has well angulated quarters and good muscle development. He moved well showing –plenty of drive from behind. Well presented in good body and coat. Best of Breed and Group 2
2 Corless’ Swiftlark Spellbinder
Lovely headed boy with a kind eye and typical expression. Good neck feeds into sloping shoulders. Correct in top line. Plenty of rear angulation. Preferred the ribs and hind action of the winner today.

Well balanced 16 months b/r Good head with work beneath the eyes. Strong neck of good length. Well ribbed and firm over his loins giving a correct top line. Well angulated quarters. In good coat and moving well. Edged this on his positive hind movement. Reserve BoB

Lovely head with correct muzzle and well set ears. Clean neck and correct in front with enough width to his chest. Cobby body and firm top line He moved well in profile.

Very pretty 2 year old with plenty of shape in her head, dark yes and low set ears. She is so good to go over. Straight, well boned front. She has enough depth and is short coupled and well angulated. In good coat and moving well. Carrying enough body but still a worthy Best of Breed.
2 Darby’s Pearkim Pompadora Dargess
Rising 2, another pretty b. Feminine head with lovely expression and correct stop. Clean in neck and well angulated shoulders. She has good front legs and super feet. Compact body.

Such an honest and true b/r b. pretty head with good neck and layback of shoulder. Level in top line, she has good rear angulation and moved straight and true.
2 West’s Sheigra Simply a Star
This black is now 7 years and defying her age. Well-proportioned head, good length of neck. She is well ribbed with enough width and depth. Firm over her quarters and presented to advantage. She moved Ok both back and forward.

1 Bettis’ Whooperhill Sand Dollar with Ornella
Just 6 months, raw but oh so lovely. Strong head with good width of skull and strong jaws. Good length of body. Powerful quarters which he used to advantage on the move. In good coat for his age. I later awarded him PG2 in strong competition
2 Crang’s Whooperhill Sand Castle
Litter brother to the winner and has so many of the same attributes. Good head, Strong neck on well angulated shoulders. Good width and strength to his quarters. Not as forward or settled on the move but should go on to do well.

2 Lee’s Whooperhill Kings Choice at Firenzlee
15 months b of good type and really enjoying her time in the ring. Strong neck and well laid shoulders. She has a firm top line. She moved particularly well behind.

Juhnior d with a lovely head. Well set eyes and good ear carriage. Strong neck of good length, He has enough substance and moved well, especially from behind, Showed well here.
2 Crang’s Lushell Gwyn Cariad
At 4 is mature and larger framed then the winner but is still balanced through. Correct head proportions, good ear placement and strong jaw. Good width of thigh and well-turned stifles.

1 Bettis’ Ornella King Midas
Nearly two. Has plenty of substance for his size. Good width and length to his head, dark eyes and strong jaw. Muscular neck fits nicely into well laid shoulders. He has well sprung ribs and is firm in top line with a correct tail set. Strong quarters and presented in good body and coat. Best of Breed and Gp 4 in hot competition.
2 James’ Mileda Mister Joe
More mature d . In a smaller frame but so well put together. He has a balanced head with round dark eyes. Well ribbed and muscled over his loins giving a firm top line. Strong well angulated quarters enabling him to move well especially in profile Reserve Best of Breed.

1 Davidson’s Silbraehill Miss Dynamite
Just 6 months but was so well schooled. Well balanced head of correct width for her age with well placed ears carried correctly. Straight front legs and tidy feet. She has a lovely topline with length and just enough rise. Decent coat for her age. She moved so well. Should do well as she progresses.

Correct head with strong jaw. Clean neck of good length feeding into well laid shoulders. Good depth to his chest and well ribbed back. Strong over his quarters. He moved well and was turned out in good coat. RBOB
2 Thomas and Print’s Bilarny Hotcross Bun
Another good one. Correct in head with straight front legs and tidy feet. Good length to his body and correct in top line. He too, moved straight and true from well angulated quarters. Just preferred the neck and shoulders of the winner.

1 Bradshaw’s Holbam Midsummer Sprite
My Best of Breed in this small but competitive entry. Almost 3 and presenting a lovely picture stacked. She has a lovely head with alert expression and that typical lively appearance. Strong neck of good length fits well into sloping shoulders. Her elbows nicely tucked in. She has good depth to her body and strong quarters. She moved well, particularly from behind.

1 Lucas and Tobutt’s Carradine Sir Percival
At just 7 months, this one really looks the part. He has a good head with good jaw and well placed ears which he used well. Balanced in body with correct angulation front and rear. In good coat for his age. He moved well here to get BP and continued to show winning the puppy group.
2 Hiam’s Remember Your Roots with Carradine
Another comparative youngster showing so well for 6 months and moving so true both ways. Great head with correct proportions, alert expression and good ear placement. Quarters are developing well. Should go on to do well.

Now 17 months and presented a typical outline. Small but balanced head with erect ears and dark eyes. Good front with elbows neatly tucked in. He has a level back and well developed quarters. Moved well holding his top line correctly. Reserve BoB.

So good to go over and well turned out. Expressive head with dark eyes and well placed ears. Correct in front with firm level top line and good rear angulation. Moving steadily.

Not surprised to later discover that this three-year-old is carrying his title. Good head of correct proportion with well defined stop and strong jaw. Dark eyes and small ears give him the correct expression. Well constructed front with good layback of shoulder. He is firm in top line and well developed over his quarters. Moving well covering the ring effectively. He was presented in good coat. Best of Breed and later Gp 3 in strong company.

Another three year old in good muscular condition. Balanced in head with alert expression. Strong neck and sloping shoulders. She has good rear angulation with strong thighs.

Lovely mature lad with well-shaped skull, strong jaws and well set ears. Well boned front with sloping shoulders and compact feet. Good depth to his chest and correct top line. He has good width to his quarters. In good order through. He held his top line well on the move Best of Breed.

Promising 6 month old. Very much a baby but plenty to admire. Super head with dark brown eyes and lovely ear placement giving an alert expression. She has a good length of neck and good width to her front for one so young. Good top line when posed. Needs to settle on the move to do herself full justice. BP here but was unsettled in the puppy group.

Cobby and stylish 7 month old. Well proportioned head with good bite. Short in body and strong behind. Lots to like here but very unsettled on the move. Will do well in time.

What a lovely young wheaten. Presents a lovely outline. Good width to his skull. Well laid shoulders, with the desired slightly bowed front and strong feet. In good muscular condition, top line sloping slightly up and good width to his quarters. Moved well for his age. Should go on to do well.
2 McCall’s Border Aldamar’s The Only One I Know at Brumborder
Reserve in the previous class but moved a lot more proficiently here. Good head proportions, good reach of neck. Up to size but correctly balanced and in good jacket.

This one was so honest and true on the move. Good head with well proportioned length of muzzle. Clean in neck and straight in front. Well proportioned chest with firm top line. In lovely coat and condition.

She has a lovely head with round eyes, good reach of neck and well ribbed body. She moved quite well going away from me but was a bit untidy coming back,

Lovely two year old with good head, alert expression and well placed ears. Srong neck leads to sloping shoulders. Well ribbed with short back gives correctly balanced body. Well developed quarters with plenty of width. Moving well from all angles.
2 Davies Brown’s Manchester Wystry Agony and Ecstasy
Lovely example of a breed I really like. Well-proportioned head, good ears carried correctly. Clean in neck with good layback of shoulder. Has really good markings. Moved well.

Caught my eye immediately and ultimately ended up as my group winner today. In full coat and at 7 years old, has maturity on his side. Good head with enough width and strong jaw.l He has a good neck and is correct in front. Well ribbed back and firm over his top line. Well angulated quarters allowed him to move with strength, holding his top line correctly. A pleasure to judge.
2 Hannington’s Glen of Imaal Ch Boudivilla Osca
One I have admired previously and my opinion is not changed. Strong head with good muzzle, dark brown eyes and correctly carried ears. He has a strong neck of good length and well laid shoulders. Mature and deep in body with good width to his shoulders. RBOB . Shame he had to meet the winner here.
