A special thank you to my stewards for keeping the ring running so smoothly. P (4,1) 1 Mr M & Mrs A Hoban, Meadowleigh Time to Dream, 9-month-old black bitch, nice head with a lovely expression. Good angulation fore and aft with a good length of neck. Moved well and well-muscled throughout. BP 2 Mrs J & Mrs J & Mr G King & Johnson & Johnson, Cobalt Blue of Linthewaite. Black bitch with an attractive head, kind expression, correctly set ears, and a short-coupled body. Beautifully balanced bitch just preferred the movement of 1 today. SY (3,0) 1 Mr D L & Mrs F E M Braddon, Trendlewood It Takes Two. Striking chocolate bitch presented in excellent coat and hard, fit condition. She has a strong neck flowing into well-laid shoulders with excellent front angulation and return of upper arm. Firm topline, well-set otter tail. Balanced and correctly angulated fore and aft. While her expression could be softer, her overall construction and impressive, purposeful movement more than make up for it. Maintained a clean, flowing outline at all times. Delighted to award her BOB and thrilled to see her go on to achieve group 3. 2 Mrs I J Evans, Trendlewood Long Time Comin at Pudleigh yellow dog of strong, muscular build with a masculine yet kind head and well-set ears. Broad skull with good pigmentation and a super front. Correct angulation front and rear, firm level topline, and well-covered otter tail. Sound and balanced in profile and on the move, covering the ground with drive. L (5,2) 1 Mr D L & Mrs F E M Braddon, Trendlewood Tiger Lily Beautifully balanced yellow bitch with a lovely outline and feminine head, featuring correct eye shape and colour. Shown in excellent coat and hard, well-muscled condition. She has correct angulation front and rear, good bone, and neat feet. Moved with drive and purpose, flowing effortlessly and presenting a well-proportioned, harmonious picture 2 Mrs J King, Linthewaite Mathilda (ai) JW. 2-year-old yellow bitch with a pretty head and kind eye. She has a lovely front with well-laid-back shoulders, good spring of rib, and is short-coupled with a strong turn of stifle. Moved out well. O (3,1) 1 Mr M & Mrs A Hoban, Meadowleigh Turn Back Time Substantial and well-made 4-year-old chocolate bitch with excellent bone and balance. She has a broad but feminine head with well-set ears and eye colour that complements her coat. Presented in strong, well-muscled condition with well-sprung ribs, clean lines, and tidy feet. Correct angulation both front and rear, which enables her to move with drive. Strong, clean neck flows into a level topline and a correctly set otter tail, which she carried and used well on the move. Coat not at its best today, RBOB. 2 Mrs B & Mr M Shaw & Grime, Tamazan Infinite Star 12-month-old black bitch with a kind expression and pleasing overall balance. Good front construction with a nice spring of rib and well-turned stifles. Moved well with purpose. Slightly longer in loin and not in the best coat today. JUDGE: MS C BOULDEN (RUMHILL)
