1st – Kelly Star at Sharrale (Mrs D & Mr J P Bowman), B. 7 months. A very pleasing youngster of good overall balance with a feminine head and kind expression. Strong arched neck into well-laid shoulders and ribcage carried well back. Strong hindquarters. Very sound on the move, maintaining her outline at all times. In excellent condition and with a happy, confident outlook. BP.

1st – Ovetil T Roseberry (Mr D Cox), D. Upstanding male with an attractive head and expression. Pleasing reach of neck into well-placed shoulders. Well ribbed with short loin giving the desired outline. Needs to firm up in rear movement but shows much promise. RBOB.

1st – Irisbel From Now On (Miss J & Ms R Hepburn & Laverick), D. A very handsome male with a classic head: kind eye, square finish to muzzle, correct stop and slightly raised brows. Excellent depth of chest, short loin and strong quarters. Handled sympathetically. On the move he was balanced with the typical unhurried stride, yet showing drive. BOB.

2nd – Nadavin Nusa At Sagala (Mr G & Mrs S Wood), B. Not quite as together as the winner but full of quality and breed type. Good depth of chest, strong quarters, excellent bone and a pleasing head with gentle expression. Presented in good muscular condition and moved freely.

1st – Bel Ch Broomeece Fire Cracker Over Mishules BW24 (S M Shipton), D. Pleasing head and expression. Well-balanced throughout with elbows well tucked in, strong bone and tidy feet. Well-sprung ribs giving plenty of heart room. Firm topline. Moved well, using his quarters to advantage. RBOB.

2nd – Heartwood Mishules All Is Possible With Calico (Imp USA) JW BW24 (S M Shipton), B. Attractive head and expression. Strong, arched neck with good bone and feet. Ribs carried well back, firm topline and strong hindquarters. Covered the ground well on the move.

2nd – Witchstone Nasabe Strikes Back (Mr A Leonard), ETT, D (Black & Tan). Elegant boy with a classic head and attentive expression. Pleasing body with correct topline and underline. Strong quarters that drove him gracefully around the ring.

Handsome head with long tapering muzzle and soft, keen expression. Excellent body proportions: depth, well-laid shoulders, arched loin and drooping hindquarters. True on the move with a long, easy stride. Friendly, dignified temperament completes the picture.

2nd – Watercroft Time After Time (Mrs R Gee), Norfolk Terrier, D. Smart, compact and strong with excellent bone and substance. Shown in hard, wiry coat. Good neck and shoulder placement, firm topline and well-angled fore and aft. Moved freely and actively.

3rd – Breezelyn Ears A Top Tip At Alepenkye (Mrs A Johns), Hungarian Pumi, B.

1st – Jaybob Child’s Play JW (Mrs S Lee), Border Collie, B. Lovely young bitch of excellent balance and outline. Feminine head with correct eye and expression, defined stop and tapering muzzle. Elegant yet strong, with reach of neck into well-laid shoulders, firm topline, and correct tailset. In good coat and condition. Moved smoothly and freely with minimal lift of feet.

2nd – Joneva Just One Wish (Mr K Adams), Pointer, B. A bitch I have judged before and pleased to see her fulfilling her potential. Beautiful expressive eyes and head true to type. Excels in front construction with correct shoulder and upper arm. Well ribbed with good croup. Held her topline with perfectly set, constantly wagging tail. Moved with accuracy, reach and drive.

3rd – Hawksflight American Jazz JW (Ms T Watkins), Miniature Pinscher, D. Very typy boy showing the sturdy elegance required. Pleasing head, alert expression and good balance of skull and muzzle. Correct shoulder giving length of neck, deep rib and strong quarters. Moved with characteristic hackney action.

Res – Mileoak Utah Beach (Mr G J & Mrs P Leech), Newfoundland, D. Masculine head with dark eye. Good lay of shoulder, return of upper arm and defined brisket. Substantial bone and tight webbed feet. Deep chest with gradual spring of rib, strong loin and well-angled quarters. Moved with excellent drive and soundness.

VHC – Lynx Faster Than Light Of Noldoli JW (Imp Swe) (Dr T Logvinenko), Borzoi, D. Exactly as the standard describes: well balanced, graceful, aristocratic and elegant. Beautiful lean head with keen expression. Slightly arched neck into clean shoulders, oval ribbing, deep chest and required curves. Long thighs and strong quarters. Effortless, powerful mover.
