Plenty of bone and substance, excellent front assembly giving plenty of dog in front. Deep well sprung ribs, level topline, well muscled quarters with good turn of stifle. Dense coat. Lovely to watch on the move, covers plenty of ground, shows a clean pair of heels and uses his tail well. Delighted to see him take Puppy Group 3.

OPEN BITCH (1)

1st WATERBABIES KALAKUTA TO EASTBURY (IMP ITA) (1) RBOB. She has a very balanced outline, is well proportioned throughout and a lovely size. Her front assembly is excellent with a great forechest and depth of brisket. Ribs well sprung and carried well back, wide powerful quarters, good bend of stifle and excellent second thighs. Pretty head with lovely chiselling, dark expressive eyes, reachy neck. Moves on an easy stride covering plenty of ground. In the challenge I preferred the tail carriage of the puppy.

RETRIEVER (LABRADOR)

PUPPY (1)

1st WINSLEYWOOD WILFRED BP. What a grand pup this is but boy did he give his handler a hard time! He free stands beautifully but is so excitable on examination. He is a wonderful shape and has the head, ribs, tail and coat that make him classic labrador. Later in the day in a stakes class he was much more settled. Note to owner, tire him out before showing him lol! I liked him a lot.
