PGrad (7, 3 abs)

1st Adshead Ms AM & Miss AL Afonbach Syrax JW Smaller framed bitch who is so well balanced and in proportion. Her bright, alert expression shone out at all times. She has a typey head with flat cheeks, the correct amount of stop and a good width to her skull. Strong neck, lovely front assembly, depth and length to her rib and lovely broad thigh which she put to good use on the move. Her thick double coat and smaller size means she is one who will look as if she is carrying weight until you get your hands on her and feel the difference. BOB

2nd Boyd Dr K Skysaria Eternal Flame. I had a hard decision between this boy and 3rd place and on another day their places could easily change. He has a true masculine head with a cracking expression, lovely bright eye, strong skull and well set ear. I really liked his outline, strong and clean throughout with pleasing angulation throughout, he just looked to be a little more forward today. Showed a clean true movement with a strong topline and well carried tail

3rd Parker Parker & Hipkiss Mr C Mrs B Miss C Skysaria Blaze of Hope with Deltandamba JW

1st Adshead Ms AM & Miss AL ShCh Afonbach Winter Is Coming JW VW Fully mature male carrying a little extra substance today. He has a classic head with flat cheeks, just the right amount of stop and bright well shaped eye, good width the skull and tidy ear. Strong and firm through the neck with a lovely forechest and laid back shoulder, plenty of depth and spring of rib and broad thighs. Held his topline well on the move showing a clean profile action.

2nd Parker & Parker Mr C Mrs B Ripplerush Floreffe for Skysaria Very stylish little bitch, I loved her head with it’s bright eye and alert expression. She has a good length of neck and spring of rib, clean legs and feet, firm through the topline with a well muscled rear which gave purposeful movement.

1st Clunie Miss Warrentor Abeline Pretty 8 month pale gold bitch with a pleasing head, lovely dark eye rims and nose, good length to her muzzle and a balanced backskull. She is clean through the neck with laid back shoulders and a good return of upperarm, plenty of depth of rib and balanced length of leg. She presented a lovely balanced outline and strong topline which she held well on the move which was true if a little enthusiastic. BP

2nd Rees Mrs A Drumkilty Merry and Bright for Catenae. Another smart bitch with a kind expression, balanced head and firm neck. She has excellent angulation with plenty of rib, I would prefer a tiny bit more length of leg to balance out her depth, she has lovely quarters which she put to good use driving around the ring.

3rd Etheringtom Miss SJ Elkarima’s Golden Renaissance Raffielo of Gemasu

1st Rees Mrs A Drumkilty Merry and Bright for Catenae (2nd in previous class)

2nd Etheringtom Miss SJ Elkarima’s Golden Renaissance Raffielo of Gemasu Well built substantial male who is a little strong in head for me at present. He has plenty of bone and substance, good angulation front and rear and a firm topline. Won his place on his balanced movement showing plenty of reach.

1st Clunie Miss Warrentor Nohkalikai JW For me this girl was the complete package standing and moving. She is an attractive rich gold colour with black pigmentation and the most beautiful head showing that gentle but cheeky character of the breed. Strong clean neck flowed smoothly into laidback shoulder, lovely front assembly and deep well sprung rib. She has plenty of rib and a firm coupling held under a strong topline. Her broad sweeping stifles and let down hocks gave true driving movement covering plenty of ground. BOB and delighted to hear she took Gundog Group 1

2nd Greenhouse Ms L Rumwood Endless Love Very feminine pale gold bitch with a pretty head, kind well shaped eye and well set ear. Clean through the neck, pleasing forechest and spring of rib. She has good bone and tight feet and a well shaped rear. On the move she showed a good profile action but did tend to crab away from her handler on occasions.

1st Jones Miss K Serengoch’s Calistoga 11 month chocolate bitch full of bounce and fun. She has the sweetest of heads with a strong muzzle, excellent eye and good width of skull. She was a fraction heavy for me but I could still find all her angles, she flows nicely through the neck and shoulder with a good return of upperarm, plenty of well sprung ribs and clean legs and feet, she has a real otter tail. She held her topline well on the move and her broad stifles gave plenty of drive, once she settled she moved out with true footfall. BP BOB

1st Jones Miss K Serengoch’s Knockin Boots Upstanding chocolate bitch with a feminine head, pleasing expression, width of skull and tidy well set ear. She is strong through the neck with good depth of rib, slightly shorter in upperarm, clean legs and tight feet. Firm topline and broad well shaped rear which gave drive just a little untidy coming towards me.

1st Moody Miss J Trendelwood Ebony and Ivory Big black dog who is on the larger size for me. Strong masculine head which is a little broad. Firm well developed neck and shoulder with plenty of deep rib. He gave his handler a bit of a hard time but saw enough of his strong action
