WSS P (1,1) SY (2) 1 and RBOB Wrens Glenbrows Time is Now At Gwynmarren I really liked this young d, he has such a beautiful head and expression, forelegs are well boned down to good feet, ribs extend well back and topline is firm, well muscled in the rear and moving out with good drive PG (2) 1 Bateys Glenbrows Best of Friends a handsome lad all male with a good head and correct ears held close, good length of neck into well placed shoulders balanced by good hind angulation, presented in good silky coat and muscular condition, holds his topline well on the move 2 Doyle’s Hellen Hurricane Dorian, an attractive and obviously feminine girl with a dark kind eye, good length of neck and ample lay of shoulder, she could do with a fraction more bone all through but in nicely angulated in the rear and moved out soundly once she settled O (4,2) 1 and BOB Barkleys Jacranella Galahad Of Cherryheath (ai) JW a handsome male with a good width of skull and strong muzzle, muscular neck of good length and well boned all through with depth to chest and well sprung ribs, covers the ground easily and freely with good rear drive 2 Hellen Hurricane Dorian

Lagottos SY(2,1) 1 and BOB Cuddy, Cuddy and Norbury Bedeslea Prada Paradoxe a smart brown roan with a good length of leg, skull is of moderate width and large eye giving a kind expression, short strong neck and standing true in front on compact feet, body just a little longer than square and covered with a dense curly coat, moved out freely but just a little close behind 2 and BPIB Skeggs Allsong Jelly Baby a delightful youngster who was sympathetically handled, very much a baby and rather raw in body, however she is quite a good shape with a pleasing head and large eye giving an intelligent expression, level topline and ample bend of stifle, she goes forward with confidence but not quite the reach and drive of the winner. Good to see she was more settled in the AV class where she gained a red card O (1,1) 

HWHV P (1) 1 and BP Brileys Zoldmali Hunter Cirok At Canalgame (imp hun) rather a rangey pup who is a bit of a handful, head is developing well and sits on a muscular neck of moderate length, ample depth of chest but needs to develop in forechest, once settled I could see glimpses of good movement and ground covering strides O (1) 1 and BOB Swanns Zoltarous Wasabi For Dhalascar a well muscled male in fabulous condition, handsome head of good proportions with eye colour corresponding to coat, strongly boned forelegs and a good spring of rib, moderate hind angulation and strong hocks, strong on the move displaying good reach and drive 

Chesapeake Bay Retriever PG (1) 1 Mellersh-Tett Oskmarsh Land Of Promise Of Roguehart of smaller mould than the BOB and to be critical I would like a little more bone, however there is no denying her femininity and she makes a pleasing outline on the stack, head has width to skull and ears are well set, strong neck and a good depth of chest, good muscletone to hindquarters, not quite the drive of the open winner today O (3,2) 1 and BOB Corcoran & Jones Oakmarsh Kingsley Adsila, I liked the shape and balance of this b, she has a good head with width to skull and well placed eyes, strong bone and muscular neck, well placed shoulders and strong topline, broad muscular hindquarters allowing her to move out with good drive. Presented in a good oily coat.

Import Register SY (1,1) O (3,1) 1 and BIR Sladdens Khyannes Villette At Canemamans ShCEx (imp Hun) (Braque) 6 yr b who I have judged and liked before and I still think she is one of the nicest specimens of the breed I have seen, she has a good length of head with oval eyes giving a kindly expression, strong neck of good length into well laid shoulders and a firm level topline, just a tad saggy underneath today but not enough to detract overall, on the move she dispays an excellent length of stride with good reach and drive 2 Bunns Corve Defiance Defiance (Barbet) a really lovely young dog that I have also judged before and done well for, I think he looks even better today than when I judged him a few months ago as his coat has grown and shows some lovely natural curls, head is developing nicely with width to skull and lovely dark eye, body is well toned and thighs strong and muscular and he moves out easily and freely. A close decision between these two

AVMPD (7) 1 Ashbyglen I Dreamed A Dream (Goldie) a gorgeous 8 mth male and absolute quality from tip to toe, head is masculine with width to skull and dark eyes holding a biddable expression, he is well boned and stands on lovely cat feet, topline is firm towards a good tail set and well angulated quarters. Moving, he is accurate on the out and back displaying good rear drive and an ever wagging tail, I loved him! 2 Dexbenella One More Time (ESS) A really nice b/w/t d compact in outline with excellent bone, chiselled head with almond eye and long close fitting ears, slight arch to neck flowing into a good lay of shoulder, ample width and depth to chest and standing with a strong firm topline, just appeared a little reluctant to go forward at times but I think that was due to the floor 3 Pruso Blues N Twos (GSP)

AVMPB (11) 1 Corotine Noir Blossom With Hookwood ( Pointer) a shapely young b with a pleasing head and good dish to her face, ears set high and used to advantage, lovely length of neck to good shoulders and a slightly sloping topline to well angulated hindquarters, she needs to strengthen in hock just a touch but covers the ground easily without exaggeration, a nice prospect 2 Canemamans Final Blow (Bracco) a shapely 8 mth orange b, pleasing head which is lean with good planes and long ears, developing well in front with ample bone and lovely tight oval feet, body is just off square with a fair topline and slight tuck. A powerful mover and lots to like just not quite as settled as the winner 3 Yokotai Whack A Duck (Cocker)

AVPD (7) 1 Ashbyglen I Dreamed A Dream ( Goldie) 2 Tollekin Villevenard Of Whistlefire (NSDTR) an exuberant 11 month d with a lovely wedge head and cracking expression helped by good use of ears, he stands fairly true in front on straight bone and neat feet with a good depth of chest for age and is well angulated in the rear moving out with accuracy and good drive 3 Rosario Moondust (Goldie)

AVPB (10) 1 Allsong Jellybean (Lagotto) 2 Tenshilling Let’s Pretend With Prosperity ( Pointer) 10mth b/w with a shapely outline, feminine head properties but I would have liked a fraction more length to her muzzle, clean elegant neck and well placed shoulders with a good depth of chest, slightly sloping topline to well angulated quarters. Moved out very well, just needs to tighten up in front 3 Heartbury Endless Love Roydack (Pointer)

SPECIAL WORKING (10) 1 Roscar Dolly O’Odare Among Mossburn VW (Goldie) 8 yr b presented in lovely condition and super golden coat, she has a feminine head with eyes full of kindness and well set ears, she stands true in front on strong bone and good feet, topline is firm and she is well angulated in the rear moving out soundly and accurately 2 Richbourne Legally Blonde At Ankari ( Labrador) a very nice 2.5 yr yellow b, compact with very good bone and substance without being heavy, straight forelegs and strong pasterns, well sprung ribs and an excellent topline, strong hindquarters and true on the out and back 3 Oakmarsh Kingsley Adsila (Chesapeake) 

SPECIAL SHOW/WORKING (3) 1 and Best AV Ch Riverforest Irish Eider At Cuvana swgc Wowee! I could watch this 10 yr b moving all day long! I really liked her overall shape with strong neck into well laid shoulders, good ribcage and firm topline both stacked and on the move, presented in super dense coat and muscular condition, a really lovely exhibit who I was pleased to award Best AV gundog today 2 CH Clandrift Bring Me Sunshine JW kcwgc sgwc OSW (FCR) 4 yr d, strongly build with that lovely happy temperament one always wants to see with this breed, good head with minimal stop and lovely dark eye, body is well ribbed, correctly set tail and well muscled hindquarters, moved out soundly off strong hocks 3 Sheepcothill Lilo ( H/Vizsla)
