Litchfield Canine Society. Two day premier Open Show

Firstly, I’d like to thank the officers and committee of Litchfield Canine Society for their kind invitation. I thoroughly enjoyed my appointment; you are all very hard working and extremely welcoming. Thank you to the exhibitors who supported me not the best of weather to be travelling and staying warm, it was a privilege to judge our beautiful breed.

Puppy D/B (3)

1st - FRANKLIN’S (B) DREAMCAST ELYSIUM 11-month-old black and white parti colour. Happy on the move, enjoying her day out. She has a super attitude. Head of correct proportions with biddable expression, kind eyes. Correct Ear placement. Correct width of back skull. Correct Angles front & rear. Compact feet. Clean dentition with the required scissor bite as teeth are an issue in our breed. Well placed shoulders, good length to upper arm, good spring and length of rib. Coat texture and presentation good. Holds a nice topline when stacked. Balanced in profile.

Happy to award her BPIB. Thrilled to see her short listed in a large gundog puppy group, wish her well for the future.

2nd – GLOVER’S (B) YANKEETANK PRINCESS IDA AT MICKCALS 8 month black and tan colour of correct markings. Certainly, enjoying herself, giving her handler a bit of a fun time in the ring. Balanced head with dark eye, lovely soft expression, well set ears, dentition clean. Laid back shoulders, chest could be a little deeper I am sure this will come with age. Still coming into coat, she was presented to a high standard. Good luck for her future.
