P. (5,4) 1.Davis and Walsh. Wicani Bellissima Rosschell. 7 month old blue merle bitch, who provided a beautiful picture. Excellent lines, creating a fabulous, breed typical silhouette. Plenty of coat of very good texture and correct clear blue merle colour. Pleasing head, a bit more back skull would be nice. Eye a little bold but this may well pull back as her head develops. Lots to like about her going over. Good neck in to well laid back shoulders, upper arm slightly steep and she is a tad narrow in front. Good ribbing and strong loin. Excellent rear, strong hocks. Moving away, she had good drive from the rear considering her age. She came towards me a bit messy. She showed her best on the go around. A very promising pup. The presentation on this pup in grooming and training was exceptional. It is not a grooming or standing still competition, however I wish that more exhibitors thought as highly of their dogs as this owner does, to present them to their very best for judges and spectators to appreciate. J (2,2) G(2,2), 

L (3,1) Skinner. Ladnar Makeithappen for Nikal. 2yr old Blue merle male. Nice type. Head well moulded, good eye shape and placement. Good, well covered bone. Good front and when settled extended enough on the move. Rear could be stronger. Tail was short and carried too high which spoiled his outline. Still, he is a young dog and time is on his side. 2. Farthing. Didek Once In A Blue Moon. 2yr old blue merle male. I didn’t manage to properly go over this boy today as he was unsettled by something and I didn’t want to push him. He had a good outline and moved well. 

O (5,1) Hawkin. Beldones Ivory Star. 15 month old Sable and White. Impressive male with a profuse coat of good texture. Presented a good, breed typical outline. Head handled well. I would like a little more fill of muzzle, this may come. The darkest eyes, well placed with ears used well giving a pleasing expression. Good neck in to well laid back shoulders, good upper arm and enough width. Moved well around the ring with good reach and strong hocks. A very moderate collie, presented in excellent condition. This dog surely has a very bright future. Very pleased to award him BOB. He looked wonderful in the group and went on to be placed G2.

2. Farthing. Aldreen Illusion In Blue for Didek. 6yr old blue merle bitch. This bitch is very pretty and has lovely breed type. Lovely outline, good, well fitted coat of excellent colour. Head is very correct with good muzzle and flat back skull. Well placed, slight stop. Ears well placed and used well. Good neck in to well laid back shoulders. Good fore chest, correct ribbing and strong loin. Good rear angulation but a little weak through the hock. Sadly she failed on the move, which was weak behind, ok in front. Such a shame as she is a really nice collie otherwise. 

V. Skinner. Samhaven Time is Money with Nikal. 11yr old tricolour bitch who I think I must have judged more than any other dog! I have said everything there is to say about this bitch at every stage of her life and it was a pleasure to see her again. She is a lovely lady of great type. Showing her age so could do no better today but thank you for bringing her.
