This class comprised of 7 Champions, each one being a worthy UK Champion and an absolute credit to the breed in general and their owners in particular. This class was an absolute privilege to judge. Thank you.

1st: Walton & Walton’s Ch Ashoka Blaze Of Glory At Keunnevek. 4 years old. Stunning in profile and coat is presented in exemplary fashion. His magnificent headpiece needs special mention, those dark lustrous eyes, with excellent pigment and nose placement create a near equilateral triangle as required. His soft of expression is still masculine. Correctly placed neck, compact body and strong short loins with level topline & high set tail. He is ideal for bone & body. Super feet. He moved with accuracy and precision whenever required to do so and stood like a statue, attentive to his handler, when at rest. DCC BOB & TOY GROUP 2.

2nd: Smith & Coad’s Ch Pamplona Rumour Has It. 2 years. Another beautiful dog producing such an impressive outline. Well set neck, body is well ribbed; secure topline. Forequarters are well angulated giving easy reach; strong hindquarters add to his impressive movement. Well-balanced, masculine head with dark round eyes and deepest pigment aid endearing expression. His coat was pure quality. He moved well. RCC.

3rd: Stafford Ch Louisianna Heartbreaker.

Her head is beautifully proportioned and portrays a beautiful expression from those gorgeous eyes and dark halo’s. Ample reach of neck, nice angulations throughout. Presented beautifully. Moved with style. Clearly one to watch.

Another super class.

1st: Coad’s Pamplona Nina Simone. 20 months. In fabulous coat. Feminine with attentive expression from super dark eyes that cannot be overlooked. She produces an eye catching profile when standing and this is maintained on the move from super front and rear angulations. Her well placed neck supports proud head carriage. Excellent rib cage, secure backline and tail. Moved stylishly coming and going and well-balanced action in profile. BCC (her crown I was told later).

2nd: Marquiss’s Pinefield Dressed For Success At Quissmar (Imp) AUS. 2 years. Another beautiful example of the breed. 2 years and with such a sweet attentive expression. This was an extremely close call between two top quality exhibits with the decision going to the wire. RBCC
