1. Hardisty’s Blunderhall Jackson. 8 mth old tricolour Beagle. Compact youngster with pleasing bone who was good to go over. Slightly arched neck, level topline which he holds on the move, ribbing extends well back which is developing nicely, firm loin and stern set on well. Balanced headpiece with moderate width to skull, expressive eyes, leathers set on low and of good length and correct dentition. Well built all through and he stands true in front on excellent feet. Moving freely when coming and going and has a good length of stride on the go around and carries himself well. Very well handled.
2. Harrison’s Bareve Rocket Man. 8 mth old red Australian Terrier. Another quality pup who made the most of himself at all times. I thought him an excellent type and he presented such a good outline with neck of good length, firm through the topline, ribbing carried well back, strong loin and tail set on high. Super head and expression with flat skull, keen eyes of good colour, ears set on just right, strength to muzzle and scissor bite. I liked his angles both front and rear and he moved out well on the go around with purpose. Excellent texture to jacket.

2. Pinkerton’s Bareve Fire Cracker. 8 mth old red Australian Terrier. Quality pup who pushed the winner all the way and one I have done very well for previously. Slightly arched neck of good length, straight topline, super ribbing and loin and tail set on high and of good carriage. First class head and expression; feminine yet full of ‘terrier’ with dark keen eyes, ears set on as they should be, strong muzzle and correct dentition. Soundly constructed both ends and certainly didn’t disappoint when gaiting. Harsh jacket.
