1. Cutts’ Haresfoot Fates Align JW NBT. 2 yr old who is sturdily built and carrying good bone. He presented a balanced outline with pleasing neck, firm level back, well sprung ribs, muscular loin and natural bob. Pleasing head of good proportions, expressive eyes, ears set on well and correct dentition. He stands well in front on excellent feet and is well developed in forechest. Moves freely on the go around, is very good behind and good enough coming towards. Well handled. Best Special Beginners and pleased to see he ended the day by taking Special Beginners Group 2.
2. Hulse & Adams’ Babaneira Kensington at Fablecroft. 2 yr old who is somewhat different in outline to winner, having a tad more length to body. Neck of good length, excellent topline, pleasing rib, more length to loin and full tail. Attractive head and expression with good skull to muzzle proportions, eyes of good colour, ears set on well, moderate stop and super dentition. Pleasing angles front and rear but not standing as well as winner in front or the development of forechest. When gaiting, he goes very well on the go around with good carriage.
3. Evans’ Hortonpoint Blue Lagoon

1. Irving’s Twinan The Beat Goes On. Two very different pups competed against each other here. My winner was this 6 mth old who very much appealed. Only a baby but I thought him a super type and he was so good to go over. He presented a lovely balanced outline with good length to neck, pleasing topline and rib development, firm loin and full tail of good carriage. Quality head with delightful expression; good skull to muzzle proportions, super eye and ear, moderate stop and scissor bite. Soundly constructed all through, standing just right naturally and with pleasing forechest. Gaiting freely and each time he moved he gained in confidence. Best Puppy and delighted to see he went on to win the Puppy Group and eventually went on to take Reserve Best Puppy in Show.
2. Parrish’s Dangavlyns Bold Forester. This youngster is very much a baby and a little over-awed on the today. He pleased for neck, topline to settle but he has plenty of time on his side but with a tad more length to loin than winner. Pleasing head proportions, expressive eyes of good colour, ears difficult to fully assess, moderate stop and scissor bite. He has good angles front and rear and he stands well naturally in front on correct oval-shaped feet and also pleased for forechest. Moved freely on the down and back. I’m sure with a few more outings he will gain in confidence.
