1. Lucas’ U’Ghillie Des Haies De Chenes Verts at Shiningtor (Imp Fra). Fawn approaching 2 yrs who pleased for overall type. Muscular neck, ribbed well back and short loin but topline not quite what I was looking for. Balanced headpiece with lovely expression; dark almond-shaped eyes, ears of correct set with lift, good planes, excellent dentition and dark palate. Pleasing angles front and rear and longer in leg than depth of body as desired. Moves freely on the go around and when coming towards but just a tad closer behind. Good natured lad and well handled here. Reserve Best Dog.

1. Flint’s Sandytrail Sorceror. 8 yr old black who very much appealed. Masculine all through, he presented such a well-balanced outline with muscular neck of good length, firm topline, correct ribbing and short loin. Super head and expression with good proportions, best of eyes, correct ears, excellent pigmentation, scissor bite and nice dark palate. Soundly constructed front and rear, standing true in front on correct feet. Moves so well when viewed from any angles, just carrying his tail a touch higher than preferred. Good quality coat. Best Dog & Best Veteran.

OB (1,0)

1. Flint’s Sandytrail Sauterelle. 3 yr old brindle who ticked all the boxes for me. I thought her an excellent type and she was so good hands on. Feminine throughout and certainly lean and racy as required. Muscular neck of correct length to give balance, firm topline, excellent ribbing and nice short loin. Head of good proportions with super expression; eyes correct for shape and colour, ears set well with lift, scissor bite, dark palate and very good pigmentation. Of sound construction, stands nice and straight in front and longer in leg than depth of body. When gaiting, she impressed on the go around and has very good carriage. Best Bitch & BOB.

VB (1,0)

1. Flint’s Sandytrail Magie Noire. 8 yr old grey who pleased for type and is nicely balanced. Moderate length of neck, firm through the topline, good length to ribcage and short loin. Attractive head and expression with good skull to muzzle proportions, very good eye and ear, scissor bite, dark palate and well pigmented all through. Correct angulation both ends, stands nice and straight naturally in front and has a longer length of leg than depth to body. Moves out well when viewed in profile but just a tad closer when going away. Good coat. Reserve Best Bitch.
