1. Stevenson’s Peregos Lone Ranger. 10 mth old who pleased for type and presented a well balanced outline. Muscular neck, firm topline, rib developing well, short loin and correct set on of tail. Masculine head with good proportions, expressive eyes of good colour, good pigmentation and bite looked to be correct. Pleasing angles front and rear and when gaiting, he goes very well on the go around, is nice and firm behind and ok coming towards. Good quality coat. Would benefit from some more socialisation and ringcraft. Best Puppy.

1. Lewis-Summerfield & Summerfield’s Hollybeck Jack The Lad Starwell. 18 mth old who is at the teenager stage right now. Correct length of neck to balance, firm level topline, rib still to fully develop and tail of correct set. Pleasing skull and proportions, expressive eyes of good colour, ears set on high, well pigmented and good dentition. Moderately boned, pleasing angulation front and rear but stands a little untidy in front. Moves out well when viewed in profile. Needs time to fill out.

1. Fieldsend’s Int/Bel/Ir Ch Pacco Du Domaine Des Dhalbergs at Starwell (Imp Fra) CW. I really liked the first two in this class. My winner was this 5 yr old who was so good hands on. He presented a well balanced outline with muscular neck of correct length, firm level topline, excellent ribbing, short in the couplings and tail pleased for set and carriage. Masculine head and expression; strength all through with good skull, correct proportions, super eye and ear, correct dentition and nice dark pigmentation. Good angles front and rear and he stands true in front and is well off for bone. Sound, free action and particularly impressed on the go around. Best Dog & BOB.

2. Fieldsend & Kirkland’s Hollybeck Ticket to Ride to Starwell del Riu Gost (Imp Esp) Bel Jch. 2 yr old out of a smaller mould then the winner but another good one and a pleasure to go over and so very well handled here. He is nicely balanced with solid neck of correct length, firm in topline, well sprung ribs, deep brisket, short muscular loin and tail set on just right. Well proportioned head with very good expression; round eyes of good colour, ears set on high, scissor bite and excellent pigmentation. Soundly constructed both ends and goes so well when viewed from any angle. Good coat. Reserve Best Dog.

3. Stevenson’s Moasdileas Hen Broon

PGB (1,0)

1. Adkin & Pickering’s Aura De L'alba De Sant Fost to Bouvibear (Imp Esp). 14 mth old bitch who is obviously still some way from maturity. She presented a nicely balanced outline with correct length of neck, level topline, ribbing carried well back but still to fully develop, short loin and tail of good set and carriage. Nicely proportioned head with feminine expression; excellent eye and ear, dark pigmentation and good dentition. Pleasing angulation both ends and she goes well on the go around with such good drive from the rear and she’s more than good enough coming towards. Reserve Best Bitch.

OB (2,1)

1. Fieldsend’s Ir Ch Starwell The Show Must Go On. 3 yr old who wasn’t entirely settled on the day but she did more than enough. Nicely balanced girl with good bone; strong neck of correct length, firm level back, pretty good ribbing and short muscular loin. Most attractive head and expression; good skull to muzzle proportions, excellent eye and ear, nice dark pigmentation and scissor bite. Pleasing angulation both front and rear and she stands well naturally. On the go around she opens up well. Good quality coat. Best Bitch.
