General Championship Show

Judge: Mrs Sue Sibbick (Treasurabull)
I would like to thank the Officers and Committee for inviting me to judge my first Championship appointment. Thank you to all who entered under me and those who attended. I know a number of dogs were affected by kennel cough and exhibitors by flu, which was reflected in the turnout, but nonetheless I had a good number to go over.
I would also like to thank my two very experienced stewards, who ensured everything ran smoothly and professionally.
I was very impressed with the overall standard being so high, a vast improvement on health, breathing in particular. However, I did note a couple of exhibits with dirty ears, which is basic care and totally avoidable, cysts and sores, which is not presenting our breed to its best and would be a fail at the vet check.
