I thoroughly enjoyed my day. Thank you also to the exhibitors for my excellent entry. It was a huge pleasure to judge your lovely dogs. There was a wonderful atmosphere around the ring and my stewards, Merriol and Wendy were excellent at keeping everything running efficiently. Thank you both. 1851. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Veteran Dog Entries: 2 Absentees: 1 1ST 10324 - Belatarr Jupiter (Mr D & Mrs J Spillane) Well constructed dog with good body proportions. Balanced outline with moderate angulation fore and aft. Masculine head with a lovely expression. Covered the ground well 1852. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Puppy Dog Entries: 3 Absentees: 0 1ST 10310 - Redrafi Mutai with Noreaster (Mrs M Hamilton) Just loved this puppy ! He has excellent breed type. Robust and medium sized with correct length to height ratio. Lovely head and expression with good furnishings. Balanced throughout with well developed body. Stands on tight arched feet. Carrying a good harsh coat. Moved so well with a ground covering stride. He surely must have a bright future. BP & RCC 2ND 10328 - King Fox to Tragus (Mr G Upton) A lovely puppy with excellent breed type. Masculine head with moderate stop. Good neck set cleanly into well laid shoulders. Balanced front and rear assemblies. Sound and positive on the move. 3RD 10300 - Redrafi Wilson (Dr J Jablonska) This puppy presented a balanced picture both stacked and on the move. He has a good wire coat. Just needs time. Loved his affectionate temperament. 1853. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Post Graduate Dog Entries: 8 Absentees: 1 1ST 10321 - Zoldmali Hunter Saman (Mrs T Ridgway) This very typey dog has a masculine head with an intelligent expression. Well proportioned firm body with level topline. Moderately angulated fore and aft. Well boned legs and excellent feet. Coat of good texture. Moved well with a free and positive gait. 2ND 10288 - Twelveoaks Goodwood Pippin (R Court) Masculine dog with lots of breed type. Well made throughout with good bone and substance. Well developed forechest. Moved well with ground covering action. Preferred head of 1st 3RD 10322 - Fitzrovia Born to Be Wild (Mrs E Rooney) Well shaped masculine head with moderate stop. Good body proportions. Rather proud of his tail on the move RES 10326 - Zoltarous Wasabi for Dhalascar (Mrs K Swann) VHC 10333 - Zoldmali Daru at Genlusa (Imp Srb) (Mrs D Wearing) 1855. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Limit Dog Entries: 4 Absentees: 1 1ST 10285 - Haywire Texana Vadasz (Mrs M Campbell) Good headpiece on this dog. Liked his overall shape, balance and size. Moderately angulated fore and aft. Stands on good feet. His parallel and profile movement were positive and true. 2ND 10334 - Junetta Erno (Mrs A J West) Medium sized dog with correct length to height proportions and balanced angulation. Moved well. Preferred the head of winner. 3RD 10303 - Stripehead Impact (Miss K Leslie) Moderate body proportions. Clean over neck and shoulders. Level topline which he held on the move. 1856. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Open Dog Entries: 9 Absentees: 2 1ST 10314 - Sh Ch Ewtor Barking at The Moon JW (Mrs L J Moss) This handsome dog is an excellent example of the breed. He has breed type in abundance. He is balanced and medium sized. Correctly proportioned head with a gentle expression. Muscular neck of moderate length set cleanly into well laid shoulders. Well ribbed with good depth of chest. Correct topline and underline. Carries a good harsh jacket. His movement was ground covering displaying great reach and drive. CC & BOB 2ND 10309 - Sh Ch Redrafi Mrembo Nacho (Mrs J Lumasia) Lovely type to this masculine dog. Well constructed with balance and moderate angles. Robust with strong bone and substance. Good topline and tailset. Close fitting harsh coat. Covered the ground on an easy stride. 3RD 10325 - Sh Ch Belatarr Kodiak (Mr D & Mrs J Spillane) Liked his overall make and shape. Well made body which is balanced throughout. His well developed hindquarters enabled him to move with drive. RES 10331 - Ger Ch Quodian's Talisker (Mr Aam Van Ardenne) VHC 10296 - Fitzrovia Gideons Way (Mrs C T S Harris) 1857. Straight front. Moved soundly. 1858. In good muscular condition. Moved well 1859. Masculine head with a soft expression. Moved ok 1860. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Veteran Bitch Entries: 4 Absentees: 1 1ST 10330 - Sh Ch Tragus Honey Bee (Mr P & Mrs L Upton) I have previously awarded this lovely lady a CC and my opinion of her hasn’t changed. She possesses a gorgeous head and expression with a moderate stop and correctly shaped skull. Balanced body with moderate front and rear assemblies. Good topline and underline. Harsh wire coat. Moved on a free and easy stride. BV 2ND 10283 - Wychtrees Katia (Ms J Burke) This lady has such a feminine head and soft expression. Medium sized of good proportions. Deep chest and well sprung ribs. Level topline which she held on the move. 3RD 10302 - Brynffrwd Penarddun (Mrs J Le Mesurier) Such a sweet expression on this 10 years young lady. She was certainly enjoying her day on the green carpet. Loved the bond she has with her handler. 1861. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Puppy Bitch Entries: 4 Absentees: 0 Lovely trio of litter mates 1ST 10307 - Redrafi Jelimo (Mrs J Lumasia) I really liked this puppy for her size and breed type. Very feminine with correctly proportioned head. Good neck and topline. Excellent front assembly. Well bodied with quality bone. Tight, well arched feet. Good harsh coat. Covered the ground with ease. 2ND 10312 - Redrafi Obiri (Mrs J Lumasia) Such a clean and balanced outline on this puppy. Good depth of chest and spring of rib. Sound and steady on the move. 3RD 10290 - Zoldmali Hunter Vica of Zoltarous (Imp Hun) (Miss Z K Dicker) Pleasing shape to this puppy. Good body properties. Moved well with correct tail carriage. RES 10335 - Kenleap Golden Girl (Mrs G & Mr Dp Withington) 1862. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Junior Bitch Entries: 2 Absentees: 0 1ST 10286 - Deifstock Dare to Dream JW (Mr W & Mrs S Cooper) This lovely young lady presents a clean and balanced outline both stacked and on the move. Good head proportions. Moderate length of neck set cleanly into well laid shoulders. Well developed body carrying a coat of good texture. Sound and positive movement. 2ND 10301 - Enryb Orange Blossom (Ms C Jones) Well proportioned body on this young lady. Lovely feminine head with a soft expression. Good wire coat. Moved soundly, just a little proud of her tail. 1863. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Post Graduate Bitch Entries: 12 Absentees: 3 1ST 10313 - Redrafi Zuri (Mrs J Lumasia) Lovely type with a feminine head and gentle expression. Well ribbed balanced body. Good depth of chest. Moderate angulation. Sound and positive on the move. 2ND 10318 - Fradaikee Private Dancer (Mrs T L Pryer) Lighter boned than the winner but still with lots to like about her. Very pretty with good neck and shoulders. Harsh texture to her coat. Moved out well. 3RD 10294 - Leiborschy Theano (Mr B J & Mrs M A Garden) Lovely head and expression on this young lady. She has balance and good breed type. Sound mover RES 10298 - Redrafi Pacha Galvikki (Mrs V A & Mrs G A Hope-Cliffe & Hope-Ellershaw) VHC 10316 - Trebus Tanselle at Goldpaw (Mrs S Nokes) 1864. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Limit Bitch Entries: 7 Absentees: 1 1ST 10277 - Holsan Wild Ginger (Mr S & Mrs E Bendikas) This young lady impressed me greatly. She has a gorgeous head and expression. Well shaped body with good front and rear assemblies. Moderate angulation to her well developed thighs. Good feet. Correct wire coat. Moved purposefully with correct tailset and carriage. RCC 2ND 10308 - Redrafi Little Governor (Mrs J Lumasia) Very feminine with a lovely expression. Good body with ribs carried well back. Moderate angulation. Good bone and neat feet. Maintained a firm and level topline on the move. 3RD 10311 - Redrafi Narok (Mrs J Lumasia) Moderate length of neck into good layback of shoulder. Good coat. Moved soundly. RES 10287 - Twelveoaks Crimson Delight (R Court) VHC 10319 - Fradikee Just Like Fire (Mrs T L Pryer) 1865. Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla - Open Bitch Entries: 3 Absentees: 0 Quality class of show champions 1ST 10305 - Sh Ch Enryb Tickled Pink JW (Ms D E Loynd) Nothing exaggerated about this gorgeous young lady who just oozes breed type. She has the most pretty and correctly shaped head with a gentle expression. She is medium sized and combines strength and substance without losing any of her femininity. Good depth to her well ribbed balanced body. Harsh wire coat. Tight feet. Covered the ground with ease on a long free flowing stride CC 2ND 10293 - Sh Ch Enryb Skye Blue (J Elders) This young lady is a slightly taller version of the winner. She too has great breed type. Classic head with good eye shape and colour. Muscular, slightly arched neck. Strong body, deep and balanced. Shown in excellent harsh wire jacket. Sound free flowing movement. 3RD 10320 - Sh Ch Tragus Flirty Fox (Mr S Richardson) A worthy show champion with so much to like about her. Today she was carrying a tad too much weight which spoilt her outline both stacked and on the move. 1866.
