LEEDS CHAMPIONSHIP SHOW 27/07/25 BITCHES Thank you to the committee of Leeds Championship Show for their kind invitation to judge bitches, I thoroughly enjoyed my day and I very much appreciated everyone for allowing me to go over your lovely girls. I particular enjoyed my limit class, exceptional bitches at their peak so sorry I didn’t have enough places. I was also impressed by the number of up and coming youngsters, lovely to see quality bitches of all ages. SBB (10,2) 1. SMITH’S ROCKAMOKA FUNKY BUSINESS, 2. BUCKLES’S BRAZENBEACON ARTEMIS, 3. CAMPBELL & ROBERTSON’S MILLIEMAGS SHE’S A RAINBOW MPB (5,2) 1. LOVEROCK & WALDRON-SMITH’S LOVISSA SEEING STARS, a lovely mid-golden puppy with a kind head and expression. Nicely made with good length of leg, good length of neck onto a level topline with a good layback of shoulders. Short coupled, good bend of stifled and correct tail set. Moved a little unsettled at first but eventually settle and moved out well. 2. FOREMAN’S AMBERSUN WINTER TREASURE, another lovely puppy with a feminine head and kind expression, good length neck into well laid back shoulders. Straight forelegs and neat feet, short coupled with good bend of stifle. Nicely proportioned and move well. 3. FURBANK’S KAYZAELLE KUMBUKA PEACE PB (11,3) 1. LIST’S HAYDENGOLD LATEST GOSSIP JW, a beautiful feminine girl, well proportioned head with kind and gentle expression. Flowing neck onto a super level topline which she held on the move. Excellent construction front and rear with no exaggeration. Moved out well, true and positive both ways front and rear. 2. FOSTER’S AURISTELA GINGER ROGERS, another beautiful girl with similar qualities as 1. Excellent reach of neck into well laid back shoulders, level topline with correct tail set. Nicely made throughout with good length of leg. Moved out true showing good reach and nice rear action. 3. SMITH’S GOLDMARKER LUMINORA JB. (11,2) 1. YOUNGSON’S LINIRGOR ADELINE AT TREEVEVILLE JW, what a gorgeous head and expression, beautifully made throughout, excellent front and rear angulation with super bone and neat feet. Deep bodied with a good spring of rib and short loin. Excellent movement front and rear just a slight roll from the topline which will hopefully tighten with time. 2. CLARKSTON’S DRUMKILTY NOLLAIG SHONA JW, another beautiful girl, maturer than 1. Lovely head with kind expression, excellent reach of neck into well laid back shoulders, deep chest with good spring of rib. Level topline and correct tail set, excellent rear angulation. Today she was a little distracted on the move looking for her owner. 3. SHAW’S AURGENTIOUS MELION AN KI AT AKENSCALES YB (11,2) 1. COLE’S ROOKSBURY AURORA, beautiful head and expression with good pigmentation. Lovely angulation front and rear with no exaggerations. Lovely reach of neck with level topline and tail set, short coupled and strong through the loin. Moved beautifully with excellent reach and drive. 2. RUSSELL-BOND’S ROSINANTE GUINEVERE JW, very similar attributes to one but didn’t quite have the same drive. Pretty feminine head with lovely eyes. Strong neck into well laid back shoulders and nicely angulated front quarters. Deep bodied with a good spring of rib, short coupled and good turn of stifle. 3. SAUNDERSON’S DRUMKILTY REBEL SONG FOR CROBEAG NB (10,4) 1. FOSTER’S AURISTELA GINGER ROGERS, 2. SMITH’S GOLDMARKER LUMINORA, compact mid-golden, lovely clean outline with no exaggerations, lovely head with good pigmentation, flowing neck into well laid back shoulders, short coupled with a level topping and nicely proportioned throughout. Lovely when free-stood but owner a little bit fidgety with her. Moved out well. 3. LOVEROCK & WALDRON-SMITH’S LOVISSA SEEING STARS GB (13,2) 1. SAUNDERSON’S DRUMKILTY REBEL SONG FOR CROBEAG, she settled much better in this class and moved out well with good reach and drive. Well proportioned head with kind expression good, reach of neck into a clean and level topline. Well balanced with good angulation both front and rear. 2. MOSS’S OUSEVALE ANGEL’S KISS AT CARINJO, 3. MAGSON’S CASTLEGOLDEN CLASSY GIRL JW PGB (10,2) 1. MUNRO’S THORNYWAIT ROYAL DESTINY FOR GLENBUIE JW, what a stunning young girl, beautiful presented and handled. Lovely feminine head and expression, excellent reach of neck into clean and level topline. Deep chest with good spring of rib, short and strong loin with good bend of stifle and width of thigh. Moved beautiful around the ring with very little effort. 2. GRINDEY’S BRAMSTEAD SUPER TROUPER, another beautiful girl with a pretty feminine head. Slightly smaller than one but equally balanced. Good length of neck into a level topline and correct tail set. Good angulation front and rear, deep bodied with a good spring of rib and short strong loin. Moved out well covering the ground with ease. 3. CROOKES & JENKINSON’S THORNYWAIT ROYAL STORY FOR QUAKERHALL MLB (5,0) 1. ELLIS’S TENFIELD SPARKLING SUNRISE JW, such a sweet feminine girl with a kind and gentle expression. Lovely proportions and well balanced. Good reach of neck into well placed shoulders with correct angulation front and rear. Short coupled, hocks short and strong with beautiful neat feet. Moved well around the ring holding a level topline and correct tail carriage. 2. MIDDLEMISS’S HARMARJOY FREYA, lovely sweet head with a kind expression. A good length of neck onto a strong and level topline which she held on the move. Nicely boned with length of leg, short coupled with corresponding rear angulation. Accurate and true mover. 3, WALKER & ROBERTS’S LAMANCHA TRUST YOUR HEART WITH GLOI JW LB (14,5) I loved this class and I felt terrible that some beautiful girls went unplaced 1. ROBBINS & ROWARK’S BREKSWOOD LADY ELEANOR, what a beautiful girl, compact and balanced. Beautiful presented mid-golden girl in excellent coat and condition. Sweet head with kind expression, good flow of neck into well laid back of shoulders and correct return of upper arm. Deep chest and well sprung ribs, forelegs well boned with lovely feet, short coupled with good bend of stifle. Her balanced construction allowed her to move easily around the ring with true front and rear movement, holding a strong level topline and correct tail carriage. Was delighted to award her the CC which was her 3rd, congratulations. 2. MAY’S CHERRYGOLD STORYTELLER JW, what a hard decision between 1st and 2nd another beautiful bitch with equally the same qualities. Slightly larger than one with super angulation front and rear, beautifully balanced which also allowed her to move around the ring with a good length of stride covering the ground well. Delighted to awarded her the RCC. 3. FOREMAN’S AMBERSUN HEART OF GOLD OB (6,1) 1. LOVEROCK & WALDRON-SMITH & ZUBAIR’S SH CH THORNYWAIT STARSTRUCK WITH LOVISSA JW, what a beautiful worthy show champion. Beautiful feminine head and expression, excellent reach of neck in well laid back shoulder. Excellent angulation front and rear. Level topline with correct tail set, short coupled with very nice turn of stifle. Strong mover showing good reach and drive. 2. CROOKES & JENKINSON’S SH CH QUAKERHALL FLARE BY PANDORA, another worthy show champion, a lovely feminine head with correct proportions, muscular neck of good length leading to a level topline. Deep chest with good spring of rib, short coupled with good bend of stifle. Moved out with strength from the rear, showing a good level outline when in profile. 3. RUSSELL-BOND’S SH CH ROSINANTE MORWENNA VB (9,1) 1. CROOKES & JENKINSON’S QUAKERHALL PANDORA’S BOUNTY JW, a beautiful veteran, mature and in excellent condition. Pretty feminine head with kind expression, good reach of neck with excellent layback of shoulders. Well balanced with good deep and width of chest, short coupled and well bent stifle with beautiful level topline. A very free and easy mover covering the ground with drive and reach. Delighted she was awarded BV. 2. RODGER’S SH CH ROJILLAIR EVENING MAGIC OF ODARLA JW, another super veteran who is not showing her age. Lovely head with kind expression, good length of neck onto a strong level topline. Excellent front angulation with well laid back of shoulders, mature in body, short coupled and good bend of stifle.
