Always a pleasure to judge at this well-run show. A huge thank you to my stewards for their professional and humorous help. Very much appreciated. Thank you to the exhibitors for their sportsmanship which was also very much appreciated. All exhibits were clean and well groomed. Just keep an eye on teeth some could have been a little cleaner. It was nice that exhibitors were able to show me their charges bites.

Post Graduate Dog (3,0), 1 Snook & Fowler, Ms. J, & Miss J., Ugni-Blanc Des Perls Noires at Ashjack: A 2yr old well grown dog with a pleasing out-line and of a nice type. He has a good coat. Moved around the ring with ease. He has plenty of bone and good angles front and rear making him well balanced for his age. Plenty of substance, look forward to seeing how he comes on.

2 Cook & Watkins, Ms. A. & Mr. S., Jaraz Elegant Touch with Whatacoo: An 18mth old dog, 6mths between 1st, that’s all there is. Just maturity. He has a nice coat, well balanced, and of a good type. I can see these 2 changing places with each other. The 1st was steadier on the move. Should be fun watching you both in the ring.

3 Blackford, Mr. M., Stay Wild Rising Sun Fighting Dreamers: A 2.5yr old dog. A little longer in body than 1st 2. He is a pleasing type that still needs to fill out a little more. He has a pleasing disposition and is friendly. Pleased to award him Special Beginners, well done.

Open Dog (3,1), 1 Maclellan, Mrs. P. & Dr. G., Ch. Debruix Moet Imperial: A 3.5yr old dog. Super type that catches your eye straight away. So well balanced throughout. Lovely head piece into super neck. Super front, excellent angles and deep brisket. Neat tuck-up, excellent square shape. Strong back end. Neat hocks, moved superbly around the ring. Pleased to award him BD and BOB and he looked good in the group. Well done.

2 Blackford, Mr. M., Stay Wild Rising Sun Fighting Dreamers: As before.

Veteran Dog (1.0), 1 Angier & Stacey, Mr. D. & Mrs. K., Miss S., Icon De Bruine Buck at Birkcross, (Imp. Nld), Sh.CEX: This 8yr old dog stood alone in this class. He is well up to size and of excellent type and out-line. Well balanced throughout. Very pleasing to hand and is in good hard condition and not showing his age. Moves well. I had no problem in awarding him Res. BD and BV. Well done.

Special Beginners Dog (1,0), 1 Blackford, Mr. M., Stay Wild Rising Sun Fighting Dreamers: As before.

Junior Bitch (3,1), 1 Maclellan, Mrs. P. & Dr. G., Debruix Nancy Drew: An 18mth old bitch of a super type and out-line. Nicely balanced throughout. Super feminine head, excellent neck and super front. Excellent brisket, good body and super back end. Moved well and is maturing up well. Pleased to award her Res. BB.

2 Davis, Mr. T.P. & Mrs. G.A., Debruix Agatha Christie: Another 18mth old bitch, litter sister to above and she is lovely as well. I said to them at the time everything I have written applies to this one also. The only difference was so small its not worth mentioning. I just wish I had 2 1sts on the day. Loved her also.

Post Graduate Bitch (4.1), 1 Maclellan, Mrs. P. & Dr. G. Debruix Miss Marple: Another 18mth old bitch also litter sister to the previous class. Very mature for age. Super out-line and type and so well balanced which showed in her movement. She has a lovely feminine head. Excellent neck, superb front assembly and deep brisket. Straight bone. Neat tuck-up and strong back end. Pleased to award her BB. Well done.

2 Davies, Mr. M. & Mrs. E.J., Lupercus Precious Dream: A 3yr old pleasing girl of nice type and out-line. I particularly liked her back end and her bend of stifle and neat hocks. Nice coat. Pity she came up against 1st today. Moved well.

3 Blackford, Ms. J., Janallan Drisana: A 4yr old pleasing girl of good type and out-line. Shown in good coat. Just let down by movement, which in the next class the handler was able to correct.
