Labrador Bitches
It was a privilege and honour to be invited to judge Bitches at this show many thanks to the exhibitors for presenting me with a quality entry in depth and numbers. The old (cliché) ‘wish I had more cards’ was truly the order of the day. When you must make your final five in classes and look around and still see exhibits that deserve a place, my unbeaten line up showed that I liked a feminine Bitch not over done balance is very important and the saying is if they are they balanced in outline they move true and when I moved my line up this was the case. On the day the blacks were in surprisingly good coat bearing in mind the very hot weather we have experienced. My only issue with a small number of exhibits were front feet heavy open pads which showed when moving and standing and finally many thanks to my amazing two stewards who kept me and the ring in order well done ladies!
