South Of England Bulldog Society

Breed: Bulldog

I would like to thank the club for inviting me to judge their championship show and allowing me the honour of awarding CC’s for the first time. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and the hospitality was great, in a great venue with fabulously efficient stewards and thank you for the very kind personal gift. Thanks to all who entered and allowed me to judge their beautiful dogs! I was very happy with my line ups and had a lot of quality dogs to go over, places could swap on a different day especially in some of the bitch classes. Temperament and health were excellent with only one poor eye, although some were quite light. Most were presented in a good clean condition. I feel we are losing the width of jaw in the breed as a whole and also some are too long.
